Description: This modern seafood restaurant is situated in one of the original sheds on the Dundee dock. So as not to disappoint, we do not have a sea view as modern buildings now occupy the water front location. The restaurant is owned and run by husband and wife team Steve and Alison Hyatt. On offer is an international style menu show-casing a blend of flavours and textures from around the world with the great produce of Scotland. We have a special offer menu available at lunch and pre-theatre £11.50 for 1 course, £15 for 2 and £18.50 for all 3 to compliment our a la carte menu which you can enjoy lunch or dinner. Children of 8 years and above are welcome.

Me and my dad came here for an evening and had the a la carte menu. The restaurant is lively very clean and nicely decorated. The starters were moreish the salsa with the crabcakes was perfectly balanced in flavour and plenty of crab in the cakes. I had the squid with chorizo and savored every bite. The squid was cooked... Had a lovely relaxed evening, scallops on haggis, fabulous crab cakes, absolutely packed with crab meat, followed by cod wrapped in serrano ham, and sea bass. We both enjoyed our meals. Too full to manage a pudding!

Enjoyed an excellent lunch with family for a birthday celebration. The special June lunch offer was exceptional value for money...especially with a free soft drink or tea/coffee thrown in for booking on the June offer. Only downside is the jug of water requested...the water tastes awful, although in fairness, this is an issue with all the restaurants in this area.... More

Food barely adequate. Overpriced and lacking in flavour. The service by the female owner is appalling. She complains about other customers and her social skills are sadly lacking. Extremely offputting. Go elsewhere as this place does not deserve positive reviews

I read many poor reviews on the restaurant but decided to make up my own mind, I took my mother here for a meal for her birthday, the meal was average but the owner/wife of the chef should not be dealing with customers, her attitude is disgraceful, I dine out a lot and can talk from experience that I have... It was quiet for a Friday evening, which surprised us. The menu was good but the food did not really stack up. I had a prawn and monkfish skewer on a bed of puy lentils and a side salad. At £24.00 it was not inexpensive and I expected something special. The monkfish and the prawns were dry and the lentils... More

Took 3 hours for a 3 course meal for 7 people on Tuesdat night. Too long to be sat in uncomfortable chairs with no back support. Food was average. Rather greasy roast potatoes. Would not go back.

brilliant food, first class service, stylish and comfortable. The staff were attentive, the food was piping hot and cooked perfectly, and we were allowed to sit as long as required, no being rushed out of the door. An exquisite dining experience !

Although busy, and therefore slow to get us our food, it was well worth the wait! I went with a party of three. Every one of us thought it to be one of the best meals we've ever had. The lobster thermidor was incredible!!
