Beautiful views over the River Tay. Friendly efficient service and good food. Reasonably priced. A gem of a find in the lovely town of Broughty Ferry.

We called in to this pub on the off chance. They managed to fit us in even though they had nearly finished serving food. We sat right in the window which has a brilliant view over the water. The food was served quickly and was very tasty. My son who is quite fussy really enjoyed his chicken goujons and my... More

We were a group of 20 who had pre booked for a busy Saturday lunchtime. Table was booked for 1.30 but people were still arriving at 2.30. Staff were superb, coping with the demands of such a large group, but still focussing on the other tables in the restaurant. Service when it came was slick and organised and we were... More

Bar was very busy so we went upstairs to restaurant and glad we did, beautiful view over the water, staff were very friendly and hard working. Restaurant was fully booked which is usually a good sign.Good selection of beers and the fish and chips were excellent. Will definitely be back.

They squeezed us in ( a couple ) busy Saturday night. Thought we'd come to the wrong place when we opened the door to a very busy pub but failed to realise the restaurant was upstairs and may have been accessed by side door. Fish based menu. Fabulous. Quality ingredients, well prepared and cooked, great portions, great staff. Super clean,... More

Visited this restaurant beginning of March to celebrate mother in laws birthday. Six of us in the party and we all enjoyed a three course meal. Food and service were excellent.

Four of us visited for dinner. Service was excellent. Had two starters. Whitebait, which were not as crisp as they should have been & black pudding with chorizo & new potatoes, which was deemed to be on the small side. The two steak pies were excellent with a generous amount of beef. The sirloin was tasty and the crab salad... More

I was in Broughty Ferry for the day and chose this place because of its position down by the shore. I decided on staying in the Bar itself, and with a nice pint of real ale (of which there were several to choose from) had a breaded haddock, chips and salad. All was well prepared and presented - though condiments... More
