Whilst the food was mainly very good, I found the selection uninspired and the meatballs tasteless! (The pork was overdone and very chewy, too). The service started very well, with our waitress attentive and knowledgeable. However, the end of the meal really rather spoilt it.all. We requested 2 deserts and only one was brought, I waited for 1/4 hour for... More

Having been at a few Tapas Bars over a number of years, this one takes the crown and 1st place! The staff are so polite, courteous and knowledgeable - explained everything that was brought to the table, suggested drinks and cocktails which would suit what we were eating - excellent service! It is a small floor space and you must... More

I went to The Tapas Bar last night with two of my friends for a meal. We visited on my recommendation as the last time I visited I loved the food and couldn't wait to return. We were even sat at the same table as first time; right by the door. The food was delicious but I feel quite unwell... More

Had read the reviews on here so decided this evening to give this place a try,as we hadn't booked we were extremely lucky to get a table. We received a very warm welcome, the staff were extremely attentive and took time to explain what happens and if we had any allergies/dislikes . After a short wait the food started arriving,... More

Visited first time for a birthday celabration ealier in the year and had a great evening with loads of vino and plenty of food and fun. second time found the menu hadn't changed much in the two month gap plus sitting downstairs as opposed to upstairs was a bit of a thouroughfare. probably leave it a bit before next visit..

A great bar, excellent and authentic tapas (spoken with some authority as we lived in Marbella, Spain for 6 years :)) More than that though there was great staff and a brilliant chatty atmosphere. Highly recommend it!

All four of our party of us enjoyed every second of this dining experience. The warm welcome, the attention to detail, quality food and service plus the friendliness of it all. We topped it all with a fine brandy and left with a satisfied grin.
