Great food and the staff are super friendly

Had a lovely meal here with friends, food was fantastic (the pigs in blankets are lovely) and the staff were really friendly. Place was a bit overwhelmed I think, staff seemed super-stressed, but they kept their heads and made it a great visit.

Have been for lunch quite a few times over the past year and really enjoy the set menus. They seem to change every month or so, so there's always something new to try. The food is always tasty... my only issue is there isn't more of it. But at £7.50 for 2 courses it's fantastic value!

The lower bar/diner has had a much needed makeover and there was a decent crowd/atmosphere even at the early time of 7pm on a Saturday. Cocktails are variable depending on who makes them, however freshly squeezed limes would have made a better margarita - but unfortunately there's not many bars that go to that extent around these parts. Having said... More

My family and I ate at Bruach last Saturday and had a really good experience. The staff were lovely and very attentive without being in your face. The bar and restaurant were very busy but the staff coped very well. The food was good and great value for money.

Used to really like this pub but it's gone downhill. The bar service is disorganised and slow with long waits. We had a meal which was not up to standard and the duty manager was snippy and quite rude. 2 items were wrong but we were treated as if it was our fault despite clearly ordering! I think since the... Very comfortable surroundings, good coffee with polite and attentive service. I'd go back again if I'm in the area.

Usually love it here but really disappointed with recent visit for birthday, queried something on the menu and the manager(?) who came to speak to me was very snippy, other waiting staff nice though. Had the salad without cheese as vegan and portions tiny and not much to it.

Four of us met us for lunch and a blether, we started off with cocktails which were chosen from a varied cocktail list. Three of us chose a bramble which was very moreish and the driver chose a mocktail which was also lovely. There were three menus to choose from; Christmas lunch, burger menu and the regular lunch menu which... More
