Have enjoyed brunch at The Bruach previously and this visit was no exception. Seated promptly, order taken quickly, generous plateful of The Big Bruach Breakfast that we almost did not finish, pleasant surroundings, would recommend a visit.

On shopping trip with my daughters to buy outfit for my eldest daughters wedding. The Bruach caught our eye as we walked passed. After visiting our destination we decided to go somewhere for lunch to have a chat. We entered the Brauch and asked for table, asked if we were booked which we were not but a table was allocated... 16th Jan 15- Went for a meal with my good lady here, noisy cafe bar buzzing atmosphere, service was first class. Little disappointed with the Rib Eye steak, it was really thin but cooked perfectly. All else was very good quality. Defo be back, but beef up the steaks please!?

Same as the previous reviewer, we've visited Bruach a few times for dinner or a cocktail and have had no problems, however my daughter and I recently visited for breakfast which neither of us enjoyed. My eggs Benedict were not of a very high standard and my daughter's pancakes were very doughy and almost raw in the middle. I'm sure... More

Have eaten at Bruach numerous times before and always been thoroughly impressed, hence the average rating for this occasion rather than a lesser score. However, visited for brunch- breakfast menu a few weeks ago and was sorely disappointed. Long wait for the order to arrive, eggs undercooked in the Benedict dish and all three breakfasts lukewarm. I was rather embarassed... More

New menu from last time I was in with 3 courses on a Saturday night for £18. Food was brilliant as always, all 4 of us really enjoyed our meals and service matched! Looking forward to going back.

I was here last year and decided to give it a go again (seeing as The Tapas Bar and Anchor Inn were fully booked). Spicy Parsnip soup for starter then chicken main and cheeseboard to finish. I had been asked to vacate the table by 7.45pm seeing as I had booked for 6.30pm but the service was not particularly quick... More

We went here with a small group of friends for a Christmas night out. Nothing formal, just a chance to catch up and have some dinner. Maybe it was because we happened to choose Christmas to do this but the food was not brilliant at all - and very very overpriced for what we got. The staff tried hard and... More

Lovely Lunch to catch up with friends . Good value for money . We had the two course option for £9.50. Food was cooked to perfection and very well presented. it was great being able to chat to friends with no noisy background music playing so we could all hear our conversations easily. Good ambience . Would certainly return.

Visited twice recently with friends. Ate from set price lunch menu both times and found it to be of good quality for such a small price. We chose a variety of items and all were fine. Service very good on our first visit but not so much on second - ordered desserts from a member of staff (not the waiter... More
