great chippy as the queues would confirm this.

Wonderful icelandic haddock & great chips, freshly made. Given the size of the queues the staff work quickly & efficiently to get through them so the wait isn't as long as you expect. Regular shopper as it's a family favourite.

The food !! Greasy - very greasy - I had fish and chips and felt a bit sickly afterwards. Which is a shame as its a quite busy take away. Don't take my word for it ... compare the box it is served in after you have had your food. The cardboard is lined with a film of grease.

Always try and go here when visiting family nearby. Fish and chips are always amazing and superb value and cooked fresh to order (this may cause a queue when busy but stick it out, it's worth it). Only one complaint is that my fiancée would love if you had macaroni pies, but for me it's a good thing you don't.

My dad always maintains that life isn't perfect and his catchphrase is that you can never get two good fish suppers in a row. His theory is that if you have a great fish supper, it is impossible to go straight back in a get a second equally good one. Well sorry dad I have disproved your theory, several times.... More

Always fresh, and hot. You order when you go in, so there is a wait, but it proves it is fresh. Always have Fish supper, 2 fritters and single white pudding. They now do home delivery

Eaten a lot of fish suppers in my time, but these guys at Silvery Tay have it locked up. But do have the fish. We all tasted the white pudding which we we love, but it was a bit too sticky to swallow without a washdown. Still, amazing fresh haddock, perfect batter and portions meant to satisfy very hungry people.

Fantastic service received from here this evening, the food is beautiful and the delivery was quick. The best thing that could happen to this place was home delivery! Keep up the fantastic work. :)

Fish suppers are first class. Recommend ordering the small fish supper unless your really hungry. Everything cooked to order, so no disappointment in getting home with a soggy fish lol.
