Just turned up and tried it and found this to be a gem. I had the salmon which was delightful and my Partner had Sea Bass which she thoroughly enjoyed. Wine was a reasonable price. The service was attentive and professional. more

The Waterfront has had a revamp since we ate in it, but the standard of the food is still magnificent. It's really buzzing and like the other great restaurants in Oban, you must book, but it's worth it. more

The whole family loved it again. Great staff too. Early evening menu a real winner (don't change it!). Only negative being the electronic menu's listing the specials of the day. Jesus, must have been an accountants idea (naff)! Get back to the blackboard which will add to the character. more

Oban was our fourth stop touring Scotland and we stayed here for three nights at the Heatherfield House. The Waterfront was recommended by our host. Good advise!
