Great food, patchy service

I organized a work night out at Musa for our company, having heard great things about the food and atmosphere. Both lived up to their billing! However we had one terrible waitress who was very unfriendly. Halfway through the meal we were served by another waitress who was the exact opposite... read more

Musa is one of those places that consistently delivers and is always fun to visit. Their menus change up to allow for new and fresh dishes which always taste great. Often there is live music playing which is a nice touch, never intrusive. The serving staff are friendly and you always leave in good spirits. It is highly recommended for... More

If you are wanting a really good meal in a really good restaurant Musa is a must ...not on the High street , set back down by the rail station ,not a big showy frontage ,but once inside different storey .its not a large restaurant and booking is wise at night Different menu's for day and night , also a... First visit to Musa -we had heard good things and very pleased to say we wasn't disappointed. Good atmosphere with live music to accompany the food. Staff were attentive and friendly without being obtrusive. Couldn't fault the meal - a intriguing menu with daily specials gave plenty choice. We will definitely return again and would recommend it to friends.

Cannot fault the food or the service here at all. It was lovely if maybe a little fussy for my pallet! The waitress was very polite and the service was prompt. It was very busy so the staff did have to be on their toes. All the food was beautifully presented and hot. There was just the right amount of... More

went with two friends for dinner , lovely atmosphere and friendly attentive staff .I was really impressed with the choice of starters, and my grilled goats cheese with an apple and walnut salad was delicious and the texture of the smooth goats cheese with the crisp fresh salad was divine. 2 of us had fillet steak for our main's and... Met a friend for food at 6pm. Staff nice and attentive checking how food was and making sure we had everything we needed. Food was great, unfortunately white wine was not properly chilled, waiter did offer to replace bottle but as we had already had some we just asked for ice bucket. Our coffee order came and was barely warm,... More

visited Musa for the first time in February for an anniversary meal and was very impressed. I had the goats cheese salad to start which was amazing, and a very large portion of cheese as a starter which i loved. My boyfriend had the Cullen skink which was also delicious and very authentic. We has a bottle of wine to... More

The best thing about going to musa is the general atmosphere that's created in such a cool redesigned church. The food was great, lots of good choices on the menu and fantastic service as well. Seemed to be quite busy over.lunch during Fridays so I would book to avoid disappointment it's not a huge establishment. I really enjoyed sitting in... More
