Came for lunch with the family. Good sized menu, even the fussiest of eaters will find something to eat on - it all reasonably priced. Soup'n'sandwich for £6 was excellent value, big bowl of homemade soup (choice of 3) and a well filled sandwich. Nice coffee too (beans came from macbeans coffee house next door) and they even served some local... More

This is such a lovely independent café. The venue itself is airy and welcoming, and very child friendly. The home baking is delicious. I particularly recommend the cheese scones (get them early, they run out fast!) and the world's largest chocolate brownie. My husband always has the coffee and almond cake and raves about it. The drink and cake deal... More

Just off Belmont street, this place is always reliable, either for a quick coffee, lunch or just coffee and cake on the run. I always had great service here, this time no exception. They have quite a few gluten free options, both in terms of bread and cakes. Cosy, with fresh flowers and homey and decent food. I like this... More

On a side street close to the centre. Good coffee and selection of teas. The cakes are excellent - traditional Victoria Sponge a favourite.

I'm such a coffee fan and it's brilliant to find somewhere that cares and has their own blend! I visit here when I get the chance and it never disappoints! One of the girls told me they were looking at getting another blend and can't wait to try it! You do pay a little more but it's worth it, my... More

Twice last month, I stopped for lunch at the Coffee House, Aberdeen - because it is excellent. The layout and table arrangements suit all sizes of groups, orders are taken promptly and delivered speedily but individually prepared. And the menu of Soups, coffees, sandwiches and cakes gives a great variety of choice. The Brie, Red Onion and tomato sandwich is... More

This is the chat chat chat chat place in town. It surprises me that this place makes money even if everything is over priced, tea adn a cake can be the best part of a tenner. Still it has a really good atmosphere. Long communal tables or very small two’s or even the family sized six or eights. I have... More
