My name is Caroline and I, along with 2 other ladies ( The Bingo Ladies), usually eat here on a Thursday evening. We always get excellent service and the food is always first class. I can honestly say I have enjoyed every part of every meal I have chosen. We are always greeted with a smile and Michelle couldn't be... More

Went on a very busy Sunday afternoon but we were well catered for and made feel very welcome. Kids were served first which is great and a real fuss was made of them by staff. Portions good size and taste delicious. Hard to beat , will be back

Went for a bite to eat on Sunday and we both had the bacon cheese burger which came with side order and salad garnish, there was plenty on the plates which was good as we were starving! The meal was very tasty and enjoyable, the people seated next to us had the turkey and ham dinner which looked lush, I'll... More

Decor, ok, but could do with brightening up - a bit drab. . Food - excellent. Vegetable soup very well seasoned, not salt or pepper required. Garlic mushroom started excellent. Mains - cheese and bacon burgers really good. Staff very efficient and friendly. All in all good value for money

Value for money! Serving lunch and ala carte in the evening. I have never been dissapointed with the food in the coach inn. I eat here often. Entertainment in the bar at weekends. Caters for parties.

Have visited the Coach Inn several times recently and have found it excellent in many ways. The waitresses are really friendly, welcoming and professional in their duties. The food is varied and the lunch time specials are first class in terms of value but also in terms of taste, quality and quantity. The surroundings have been improved and though the... More

On a recent visit back home, I visited The Coach Inn twice with different people. Whilst I have to say the restaurant itself lacks any particular charm or character. The food and the service were excellent. It's good to see simple food cooked well, as it is so often not in other places I have visited. This no frills eatery,... More

My wife and I eat here usually twice a week. Food always good. Once I have complained about something and replacement was almost immediate. We often go for the excellent lunchtime specials. If you want the beef casserole or anything like it be there before 1 pm! We sometimes take the evening specials. Excellent service. For specials we rarely wait... More
