Have eaten here on numerous occasions and have always had an excellent meal. Food is good quality and always cooked to perfection and well presented. Staff are friendly. Down side is not being able to book in advance, can result in an hour wait at busy times. Slightly more expensive than other restaurants in Derry but well worth it.

Had dinner with three others last night. Ordered top of the menu surf and turf. Beautiful piece of meat but dismal surf. Four small shrimp which did not warrant the price. Two of my companions had sirloin steak which looked and tasted excellent. The atmosphere was vibrant and the service was excellent. I would definitely go back as all in... More

The Exchange is one of those places it is nice to visit if you fancy a break away from cooking. With its wide variety on the menu you will always find something that you would like. Food and service both good.

Nice restaurant, only gripe would be that when it closes you really have to leave, otherwise you feel as if you are keeping the staff back. Chairs are stacked and floors are washed all around you

My personal favourite in Derry. It has everyting including gorgeous food, friendly staff and a wide varierty on the menu. The one negative is that you cannot book unless its a big group. I always consider going here a treat eventhough its a reasonble price. 5 stars!!

Had lunch which consisted of a chicken caesar salad starter apportioned to a main course, with chips! Very tasty all freshly made and dressing was delicious. (salad contained sundried tomatoes, albeit not usual but very nice)! Would definitely recommend! Thank you

Easily one of the best restaurants in Derry, consistently very good. The only thing is you can't book a table and since the place is so popular you often have to wait quite a while to get a table. But the wait is worth it for the food.

Have been dining in The Exchange for many years now, must say it is always an enjoyable experience. Food is of good standard & consistently good ( the nicest garlic bread ever! ) , service is very attentive & efficient , and always a good buzz atmosphere, even on weeknights. Sometimes the wait for a table if the restaurant is busy... More

Great atmosphere, food reasonably priced and always tastes great! Only fault is that you can't book, but I understand that's the way the restaurant is run.
