As usual, I asked someone working nearby for a recommendation. The title of my review says it all! Relaxed, very good food, espresso, wine, ambience, service, on and on. I was there twice in three days.

Just happened upon this restaurant after walking the wall. Lovely location, sun was shining so we sat outside. Very attentive staff. Food was very tasty, homemade, my five year old devoured her pizza slice. I loved my burger which was homemade and nicely seasoned. So glad we found it as it really made our day trip to Londonderry! We will... More

Recommended by my brother we were not disapointed as the ambiance, service and food were all first class. My wife and I both had the fillet steak and enjoyed every mouthful. Its about time the city had a restaurant that offers quality over large portions at low cost. The difference is worth it in everyway. When the bill came we... More

We ate here last week on our first visit to Derry. We booked to eat outside as we had our dog Archie with us as sailing, but on asking the owner allowed us to sit inside the door with him. Was a really nice touch as the evening was a bit chilly, also a great buzz inside. The food was... More

Very nice vibe I ate here on my own after a conference. It was very friendly, food was lovely, staff were great and all very good value. They have a local sourcing policy too, which is good.

The food is fresh and wholesome. The staff are friendly and attentive. There is a nice relaxed atmosphere. You don't feel rushed and the wine recommendation was spot on.

A rainy day outside, but a lovely warm welcome in here. The ethos -painted in artistic script around the walls - is that being good is worthwhile for its own sake. And the whole attitude of the place is just that. Good choice, value. Quality a little wayward but I can readily forgive that.

Eat here recently with the wife and a friend. Food is very good and the staff are very friendly. They bring their beef in from County Derry (Castlerock) and it's fantastic. Portions are generous but not too big. However, the wine list by the glass is very limited (one red, one white) and the 'pours' are huge (some locals might... More
