Free hot beverages for those taking the McCrossan City Walking Tours, and the best fresh-baked scones I've ever tasted!!! So sad I could only try them once, and that I live so far away from them!

Yet another mediocre coffee shop in Derry. Tables are too close together and seats beside door draughty. Other than that it's the same as all the others in the area

Lovely food, great value. I especially love the fact that for the last fifteen years I can still get my favourite sandwich made with the same great tasting ingredients by the same face and its still great. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a bite to eat in Derry.

As someone who is gluten intolerant finding a restaurant which serves gluten-free food is often miraculous! Not only that but it was really good food! I had a wrap filled with chicken tikka and cheese. This simply doesn't happen in most restaurants! Usually I'm offered a tired salad or a baked potato which looks as if it has had better... More

Java's is a wonderful little corner cafe that caters to business and tourist in downtown Derry. The sandwiches are all freshly made to order and the soup is homemade. I can't say enough about how delicious the soup was that I had for my lunch. A refreshing stop for a travel weary tourist to Northern Ireland.

Often come here for lunch when I'm halfway through a long shift at work and love it here. Cosy, warm environment, staff are friendly, welcoming and laid back. Have been known to ask if I can charge my phone here on occasion and its always no bother. Food is lovely, soup tasty and some of the nicest wheaten bread around!... More
