Brilliant food, great staff!

I was in Derry for a few nights last week and came here with the BF. We read some mixed reviews on trip advisor but decided to take a punt after looking at the menu online. So glad we took that chance! What amazing food we had, ate all three courses even though we were both absolutely stuffed... read more

We dined here last month. We shared a chateaubriand which we found lacking in flavour and in a word disappointing . As It was quite expensive at 55 £, we were even more unimpressed. The staff were quite good but overall our rating is Average.

Friends of ours highly recommended the "Browns experience". Having checked the reviews we decided why not, and booked for a total of 8 people From the moment we arrived and during our experience we where treated to a totally amazing and different dining experience. The menus catered for all taste, the service from Kevin ,Ian Jarvis and his team was... More

Five of us had a meal there a couple of weeks ago and I won't be going back. The restaurant lacks atmosphere, the food is overpriced.

First impressions count. We were walked through the bright (and empty) front section to a drab and dimply lit alcove at the back. With some careful lighting, this might have some charm and intimacy at night. It had none whatsoever at lunchtime. The menu is varied but exhibits that annoying trait of adding a meat/chicken/bacon element to many of the... More

We can thoroughly recommend the taster menu - superb collection of food and wine - a truly exceptional dining experience. Thank you.

Took some visiting work colleagues here for dinner. Overall we all had a very average experience, service was good but the food was underwhelming and quite pricey.

We picked this restaurant at random whilst staying in Derry overnight, and we were lucky to get their last available table. We were stunned at the quality of the food. We were given a selection of delicious canapés before our meal, including carrot soup, home-made Guinness bread, Parmesan crisps and beetroot meringues. They were all delicious and beautifully presented. The... More
