Olive Bizarre is a delicious little spot in the harbour area of the town. You can enjoy exquisite teas/coffees with goodies galore and a view to die for. Our afternoon tea is highly recommended and our traybakes and scones will not fail to please. We have a vast range of savoury dishes and provide an array of gluten free and vegetarian foods. Our child friendly policy is also popular and to top it all our friendly team will make you feel very welcome. See you soon. John and Ciaraxox

Sunday brunch after wail on beach

Great place to grab a bite after a walk on a winter blower beach at Murlough Bay. This coffee shop always has something to entice us. Today we had pate on toast and toffee apple pie washed down with great coffee. Always something different on offer. Keep it up.

Been here a few times on visits to Newcastle, definitely a must see when you're in the town! From real barista style coffees to beautiful hand knitted tea cosies, they really go the extra mile to make the place original and special. The staff are always lovely and the food is home made and hearty. Particularly notable is the afternoon... More

Visited Olive Bizarre while on my holidays from manchester with my family, I totally enjoyed the whole experience of delicious foods both hot and cold. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, and respectful especially both of the owners who advised us on the menu and olive bizarre is very child friendly. The best bit about olive bizarre was the... Always include this place when taking a trip to Newcastle! Its in a great location which is up on a hill looking over the bay area and Newcastle town. It also far enough away that its not ram packed full of Belfast townies on their holiday. The buns and scones would fill you for a meal as they are fairly... More

Came here at Easter just for a late lunch with my mum .... First of all it is in a beautiful setting with the sea right in front of you and the place is so well interior designed with a great holiday atmosphere. I ordered a pot of tea, a coconut and raspberry scone and a gorgeous looking cupcake... enjoyed... More

Afternoon tea a must to try as a lovely treat. Quirky place. The view of the sea is lovely. The service was slow to start to the point we were nearly going to leave as took so long to take our order but worth staying. Even the toilet is quirky

Food is beautiful, quirky surroundings, amazing view of the beach and sea. Staff could be a bit more attentive however this probably adds to the relaxed theme of the place. Drop in and see for yourself it's lovely
