Cafe au lait, best milky coffee in town. Large cup of smooth, creamy coffee, i'd drive miles for it. Lovely, quirky atmosphere with friendly staff.

We stopped in for a late breakfast and were not disappointed. The place was packed, so we sat on the sofas in the corner until a table for four became available. Once we found a table and ordered, our breakfasts arrived fairly quickly and were perfectly prepared. All in all, enjoyed our meals and will definitely be coming back.

Been here a good few times now on my visits to Newcastle for breakfast! Quick service, friendly staff and can't help myself to some tasty homemade tray bakes on my way out the door!

My girlfriend and I visited this wonderful café on the last day of our holiday in Dundrum and Newcastle, Co. Down, N.I. I opted for the full fry up which was easily one of the best I have had. Sausage, bacon, beans, eggs, toast, potato scone etc, cooked perfectly and served hot. The atmosphere is friendly, warm, and welcoming and... More

Just had the breakfast special. £5 for a full breakfast (sausage, egg, beans, tomato, bacon, soda bread, toast and coffee or tea). My young companion spent a lot of time deciding if the sausage beat yesterday's at another local establishment - too close to call. Coffee comes with free top s and the tea in large pots with quirky hand... More

I visited here during the week with my mum and 3 year old son, such a delightful quaint atmosphere with mismatched china tea cups and furniture. The staff were so friendly and helpful we only had coffee and scones which were freshly made and delicious! What perhaps seems even more appealing to me was the extra little touches my son... More

On a sunny day, my husband and I stopped here for a bite of lunch, and were absolutely delighted by what we found. The specials board is full of inventive dishes - I had the crab meat croque madame cupcakes, which came in a little toast bowl. He tucked into the tasty lamb and roast carrot pie, which was juicy... Fabulous little cafe. Stopped for lunch today and had a gorgeous bacon, brie and relish sandwich on crusty bread. The bacon was lovely and warm and melting the cheese - something you don't normally find. They have the biggest tray bakes I have ever seen in my life. I couldn't resist getting a fifteen to take home. The specials menu... More
