Called into this restaurant this evening for something to eat. Basic but clean restaurant. Ordered what was described as battered fillet of cod..... This was frozen deep fried fish...with frozen chips... Could have made this at home myself...Won't be back! Needs drastically updated!

I have been to this pizzeria for many years and they have never failed to disappoint! The staff are lovely and friendly, and the food is delightful. Best pizza's in town! Beautiful view, and an overall brilliant atmosphere! Would definitely recommend!

I visited Newcastle for the first time and found the Toscano pizzeria late at night. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant was very clean. The food was to die for and very reasonable. We were made very welcome and even had a pizza made to order with no cheese. Great food and a great time. Brendan F.

The food and service are well below average. The staff made us feel like we were getting in the way and acted as if they didn't want to be there. The pizza's were soggy in the middle because they were stacked high with toppings (never the sign of a good pizza!). Its not a somewhere I will be going back... More

We went to Newcastle for a drive and decided to go for dinner. My husband fancied Pizza so we walked down the street and came across this pizzeria. When we arrived it was not busy and there were 2 young staff behind the counter. We ordered our food and it wasn'tvery long before it came. The food was just ok.... More

Walked into the restaurant and seen it has a nice view from the window, when we finally got our drinks I found out that my coca cola was as flat as a pancake, it certainly wasn't service with a smile while waiting another 30mins to receive our food. For an Italian pizza restaurant to serve generic pizzas was criminal, the... More

We entered restaurant half filled to be told where to sit, took at least 20 mins to order, further 20 mins to get our drinks, the coca cola was flatter than a pancake and the food was bland to say the least, only good point was the vinegar and salt tasted normal. Would never go back given the sloppy service... More
