Great Lunch

I have to say that I and 5 others in the company really enjoyed the lunch in this restaurant and I was really pleased with the cleanliness and the quality of service especially from the young waiter called Matt who was very well acquainted with the menu and was certainly on top of his game. I have to say that this has to be one of the most enjoyable meals I have had in a long long time. We were shown to the table of our choice, corner table, the tables are set out in two rows along both linear walls, but they are not so close that you cannot enjoy your own company and... More

This was our second visit to this this fantastic restaurant. We really enjoyed our first visit in 2013, and we were not disappointed on our second one. Beautifully prepared dishes all around, in a very convivial atmosphere. I hope we can make it back a third time on our next trip.

The head chef and his team deserve nothing but praise for the calibre of food they are serving! Went here last Tuesday early evening for dinner, cocktails are equally as delightful as are the waiting staff. Upon entering the customer toilets you can see down the stretch of hallway that leads to the kitchen, hearing the head chef calling out... More

Food was beautiful. Worth the money, not too dear. Lovely staff :-) it's just up the middle of the high street. I had my 5 year old son with me and they childrens menu was attatched to a disney book which the children could use for entertainment. High quality restraunt for a very reasonable price tag. Big portions we went... More

Been to this place quite a few times now on our visits to Newcastle . It is good food and service. Only 4 stars as I think that the prices are quite steep. House wine at over £20, mains over £20 etc. I think good food is now the norm, so perhaps a little overinflated these days.

This is such a fantastic little resturants, unpretentious but the food is exceptional. We took our two sons, and they loved it, we eat off the early bird menu which was fantastic value and gave great choice. The food was a high standard and my iron flat steak was melt in the mouth, the pork belly was also amIng and... More

After reading recommendations on tripadvisor we decided to try this small restaurant on the main street in Newcastle. As we approached the door I could see that all the table were next to each other in two rows, my heart sank, personally I don't like strangers sitting at either side of me, as i feel uncomfortable that I can hear...
