I haven't visited the city hotel in over 6months for dinner due to bad service and not very good food but I went there for dinner tonight and I have to say they have improved a lot. The 2 girls Lisa and malissia (not sure of spelling) that served my table where both helpful and very friendly, the food came... More

Meals are huge but delicious! Try the chicken pasta and death by chocolate. Plenty of parking on site

Visited the hotel for a function which was good however we went to coffee shop in foyer area for some coffee and scones, service was not great as we got the impression that the guy serving was not too experienced with the coffee machine as it took him a long time to make 3 coffees. The scones were nice but... More

This was my first time in the hotel for a meal and the last. We should have taken heed when the couple on the next table were complaining about their own meals. The restaurant wasn't too busy there seemed to be enough staff on duty to cope, they were prompt at taking our order but after 50 minutes we enquired... More

Went here for a family dinner. One of the best meals we have ever had. Service was fantastic. We received an abundance of delicious food. Servers were very friendly and helpful. We sent our compliments to the chef. Steaks and turkey & ham dinners, drinks, desserts.. all beautiful. The best ever! We will certainly be returning!

Came here with the kids after a very bad experience in a local restaurant caused us to leave. This was typical hotel fayre from a standard menu and the service was friendly. Nothing to write home about but perfectly acceptable in general. There are kids options. Price was typical for a hotel

Food was very good plenty of choice and certainly do not skimp on portions. Staff very helpful friendly atmosphere made very welcome. Good children's menu. Nothing too much trouble. Look forward to visiting again.
