Found this place in passing on the way home one night. Great food, atmosphere and the owner is great craic! Appears to be more a coffee shop from the outside but get in there and have a meal and I guarantee you'll be back. I know I will!

Visited this restaurant today with my Mum and Friend around 12 noon , it was busy which is always a good sign. Very quickly after sitting at a table we were serviced by what I can only say is one of the friendliest waiters I have ever met. Luke knew the menu very well and could recommend some of specials... We found the service attentive without being fussy, there was a great choice on the menu and it took us a while to make up our minds. Big portion sizes and tasty food. Had a great chat with the owner and... More

Getting to have our meals in Embers on the Charles Wood Summer School is always such a treat! John and the team are so lovely and extremely accommodating for those with special dietary requirements! Can't wait to come back and have another Marble Brownie Sundae! Missing you already, Judith

We visited Armagh for two days and ate in Embers three times!! The welcome we received from the staff was lovely. The menu is extensive - cafe during the day, restaurant by night. The food is spectacular and the presentation has to be seen to be believed. Simply, outstanding. If you just go for the desserts alone, you will not... More

spent a week in Armagh as part of a group, and had dinner here every night, despite the large size of our group, there has always a huge menu selection with everything served to us promptly and brilliantly prepared. would definitely recommend here for a relaxed atmosphere and great food.
