Uluru is a gem in the centre of Armagh city. I tend to return here with the family about four times a year. There's something for all tastes, whether you need a hearty plateful of comfort food, something a little more delicate and subtle, or a slice of kangaroo to remind you that the chef started his days in Australia.... If you are open to new tastes, Uluru is a place to go. But you have to book in advance, otherwise it is very unlikely to find a seat. Their food is very good quality but it takes some time to serve. If you have some luxury time, then Uluru is a nice place to even try some kangaroo!

I had my 50th birthday meal here and have to say it was very good. They have some interesting offerings on the menu such as kangeroo, crocodile and goat if you are feeling adventurous, but I went for the safe option of steak. It was cooked to perfection and reasonably priced. Its a small restaurant so probably advisable to book,... More

Really great food here, good portion sizes and reasonable prices. Good service too in great surroundings we just turned up and got a table which was lucky as it got busy with locals later on. Great for something a little out of the ordinary - would highly recommend.

Another outstanding meal in Uluru bistro but I wouldn't expect anything else. We were there for a birthday/ early Mother's Day celebration, with 23 people including children. The staff were very attentive to our every need which couldn't have been easy considering the size. The food was unbelievable especially the kangaroo and the Cajun chicken. Several members in our company... More

I had never eaten kangaroo before but Ululu seemed the ideal venue for an experiment. What a treat! It was tender, succulent, tasty .... Quite delicious! Accompanied by red cabbage which wasn't too overpowering and yummy sweet potato chips. I won't be trying it at home as apparently the kangaroo is marinated for 6 days to ensure its tender.... But... Staff a little stressed for the size of this restaurant but a busy day…a little more interaction and you can get away with anything…I didn't relax.. Maybe I am too sensitive…This is a lovely place in a great setting and I would go back. Food is good and I know if I picked the right dish it would be very... More
