I have been coming to Belfast since the time there really was nowhere decent to eat, and it was to dangerous to venture into the city. I am very happy to say that is not the case at all anymore and Belfast has some really fine eateries, and is a wonderful city to visit. This place features a lot of... More

We tried to book into a different restaurant before we travelled to Belfast but when they couldn't fit us in they suggested we go here instead. We weren't disappointed. We both went for the 4 course tasting menu with wine pairings. This was excellent and would highly recommend it.

This restaurant was highly recommended by local friends and critics reviews. We were not disappointed at all. The service was exemplary. The wine list was extensive plenty of new and old world choices. Although we didn't have the tasting menu it looked good and the wine pairings were spot on. My favourite was foie gras. If we gave a criticism... More

Was over on a girly weekend and had heard this place was worth visiting, glad I did as it reminded me of some of the swankiest London restaurants! Quite hard to get a booking but was worth it for the excellent beef! Will definitely recommend :) service great and prompt

Unsurprisingly getting a table for 5 at short notice on a Saturday evening in James Street South is difficult - i was put on a waiting list and was delighted to get a last minute cancellation. We were an adult family group including members visiting from Dublin and Kerry - all of whom love their food! We has the taster... More

Booked here following previous reviews, food was good, shame all the meals are served in bowls which makes slightly difficult when trying to eat all those last bits! Unfortunately the night we went the fire alarm went off continuously for about 5 mins and we weren't compenstated at all for putting up with the terrible noise and ruined ambience. Overall... More

We visited this restaurant and really enjoyed the dinner. Perhaps to begin with we felt rushed having ordered aperitifs we were asked for an order twice or maybe three times. Once we ordered wine the starters were out double quick time still had our first drinks, we also had our white wines sitting there and the bottle of red wine... More

First visit and hope it's not the last. Set £55 menu (pricey enough) but each course was better than the next. Flavours and detail was top class and comp. glass of cava was very welcomed! Decent bottle of wine and service could not be faulted. Highly recommended.
