I have always been a sushi lover, and this place is definitely one of the best sushi places I have ever tried. Not only is the sushi fresh and tasty, the price is very reasonable. There is also a large variety which some sushi restaurants lack. What's different about this restaurant is the soy sauce they use, I have tried... More

I reviewed this place earlier this year and stated I'd be back. Well 6 months later this has now become one of my regular haunts. The way the spices are blended is amazing. Each sauce or dish has a distinctive taste. The staff are starting to warm up to me now. Not sure if it was acent that was the... More

In a nut shell: Food - The food is generally lovely, and great value but some dishes aren't great... the duck and the beef are overcooked but the chicken and fish are cooked perfectly. The sushi is also really lovely. Service - The waiting staff are really uninterested and even though there often appears to be more staff than customers,... More

My favourite Japanese restaurant in Belfast. Food nice and tasty and sushi on the train. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Ideal place for lunch and meeting with friend.

The food is fresh and delicious. Food hygiene is second to none. You can just see into the kitchen where the sushi train enters and leaves and get a glimpse of the sushi being made. Prices are quite reasonable particularly the sushi train at lunch time where the dishes are discounted over lunch. This place is very popular and its... More

I heard a lot of raving reviews from fiends and had been meaning to go for months. My brother loves everything Japanese related so I finally had the chance to take him one Thursday at 1800. I'll admit there was a little trepidation on this first trip but only because I have been recommended somewhere by friends before only to... More

We always pop into Sakura around 9:30-10pm and are greeted by their friendly staff for a take out order. The avocado, cucumber rolls are delicious as is the tofu. I also like the salmon and yellow tail sushi. Also the tempura is a must, it's crispy and delicious!!! The food always comes out super quick and the prices are very... More

An excellent little Japanese restaurant sitting on Botanic Avenue. A must for anyone looking for something a little different, a huge variety of sushi and for those who don't like seafood there are plenty of alternatives such as tempura chicken and steak. Excellent atmosphere and brilliant staff as well.
