Ate there last week with 3 friends prior to an event in the Waterfront Hall. Our food was fresh, tasty & good value I had the Chicken Jal-Jal. The Tandoori Mixed Grill looked amazing. Service was excellent. If this is modern Indian cooking then I look forward to sampling more of it. Can't wait to go back!

First time at this restaurant and it was just lovely. Not a big venue but the decor and the food are excellent. The staff couldnt be more helpful. It is bring your own which is a plus. I had a mix starter which was recommended by the waiter who attended us and I wasnt disappointed. My main meal was tikka... More

Went for an impromptu night out with a friend. Staff were extremely courteous and relaxed disputed having a number of large bookings in on the same Friday night. Food was beautiful and service was exceptional as always. Great local Indian!

Still glowing from a really lovely meal at the Rajput this evening. The food, as always, was delicious - I don't believe that you can beat this place for the combination of fresh flavours and gorgeous side dishes. The staff move about with confidence and charm - very much in the image of Ahad himself... and tonight we noticed just... More

This restaurant is fantastic, my boyfriend and I have eaten here twice and both times we have not been disappointed. The food is delicious and great value, and the plus side is you can bring your own drink! The staff are so friendly and treat you like they've known you for years, nothing is too much bother for them. It... More

Nice place to have good Indian/Pakistani curry food. Naans are of good quality and of good size. Food is good with variation of taste.

The evening meal was OK, the restaurant had a cold unfeeling quality, it could be anything depending what sign was hung above the door, no feeling of warmth or being welcome, apart from the smell you could have been in any bistro in belfast selling any type of food. The food was OK, large portions and a bit expensive, could... More

We were expecting great things from this restaurant after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor, however, it did not live up to our expectations. Nice decor and attentive staff but the food left a lot to be desired. The tandoori chicken had a cotton-wool consistency and was accompanied by a gloopy assortment of veg in a slightly sweet sauce, the naan... More

A bit out of the way at 3 miles outside of the city centre but a really good value Indian meal - the sharing platter to start with was excellent and tasty whilst the lamb tikka was a cut above what I expected. Worth going if you fancy a nice evening stroll through East Belfast
