Good meal deal and bring your own wine place

I was here for the first time last Friday evening. It's a fairly averaged sized restaurant in the good location of St Anne's Square in the cathedral quarter. It has a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. We opted for the early bird deals which are available until 6.30pm and are good value. The... read more

"TERRIBLE ATMOSPHERE" LADY SEEMED TO BE IN BAD FORM WHICH REFLECTED ON THE ATMOSPHERE. The Robust middle aged woman seemed to be in bad form which reflected on the atmosphere as the staff seemed scared to say anything and no smiles. I would definitely not recommend this place to my worst enemy !!. PLUS IT IS ILLEGAL TO CHARGE CORKAGE... More

I went here with friends, we stayed four hours, started with a huge plate of Nachos, lovely mains - Sea Bass and Burgers and finished with a choice of desserts - all delicious. the staff were superb - they left us alone to chat and didn't hassle us to leave, but were there when we needed them.

The food was excellent and really great value for money! The Bring your own is a great idea! We thoroughly enjoyed the food everything from starter to dessert was delicious and the quality of the food was matched by the service; everyone we dealt with, from the person who greeted us and showed us our table to our server was... We arrived at Chopin for a family gathering. When we arrived we were seated quickly, there were 8 adults in our company. Having been to Chopin before I thought this would be a sure bet, I was wrong. The starters comprised of chicken wings, without the chicken, very poor and all who ate them didn't enjoy! The root vegetable soup... More

We had the pre-theatre dinner & it was amazing value. Chopin is small & intimate. Staff are very welcoming & helpful. The BYOB is fantastic & we were even allowed to pour our own spirits ( not sure if this would always be allowed though). Soft drinks come in 500ml bottles which is great value for money. The food...wow! We... More

I have had the pleasure of dining in Chopin Grand Café around 4 or 5 times now, and I can honestly say each time has been stunning. Overlooking the beautiful St Anne's Square in the Cathdral Quarter of the city, it is a stone's throw from many of Belfast's best nightlife, such as the Duke of York, The Harp Bar,... More

Lovely place in St Anne's Square Belfast. Great value for money and BYO. The staff were extremely attentive and the food portions were generous. It was easy to book through Facebook. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxed evening with friends.

I've now been twice - once for a sociable lunch, when I had the fantastic seafood linguine - the staff was so lovely and attentive and let us sit very leisurely after we'd finished - no hassling at all. The second time I was by myself for breakfast - a truly excellent French toast with bacon, and a very generous... More

Fantastic food, first class service and great atmosphere. Try homemade waffles with berries, cream and Nutella for breakfast/brunch or slow cooked Dorset lamb for dinner. #yummy
