Saturday lunch

We arrived with our toddler at around 2.00pm to dine in the wine bar. We were greeted promptly by the waitress and took our pick of seats. There were around a dozen other diners. I opted for the chicken burger which was ok and my partner the special chorizo pasta which she enjoyed. For our child we... read more

I booked lunch in the downstairs area of the Four Winds for lunch with a friend on the bank holiday at the end of May. It was not very busy but we chose to move to the conservatory area as the table they had set aside for us was somewhat cramped. Menu was fine for a light lunch if a... More

Had a great experience in the Wine Bar. We were a party of 6 adults and 3 children (aged 3,6 and 8) and we had our Sunday lunch there after my daughter's first communion. We were the first diners there, at 12.30, and all the adults had the Sunday roast. Maybe that helped, but the food came out very quickly.... More

Was in the Lounge bar of the Four Winds today for the first time. It's a large comfy bar with lots of huge TV screens and cosy sofas. Nice spot which seems popular with football/ sports watchers. The Four Winds also has an upstairs Grill restaurant and a downstairs Wine Bar - which was full of diners. Menus for both... More

I've been to the Four Winds several times and it varies from average to really good. Never had below average or poor food or service. Today was the most recent visit. The staff are always unfailingly friendly and accommodating, even without a booking seating is always found, today was early, midweek and quiet, so no problem anyway. The outdoor courtyard... More

We visited later on Mothers' Day when the busy-ness and mayhem had died down. Atmosphere is conducive to socialising and certainly at that stage it wasn't too noisy. Menu choices were extensive and all in our party enjoyed their choice of both starter and main course. Waiting staff were attentive. Would return.

Called in for a meal around 5pm. Hadn't booked but as we were early managed to get a table. Food was very tasty, good selection on the menu and service was quick.
