I was in the Four Winds on Saturday evening of the 23rd August 2014. Well my good lady was also there along with two close friends. We had decided to get back to the 1970s and Carolyn Stewart from U105 was going to be on at around 10.30. We decided to make a night of it and booked a table... More

Went out with a group of 8 friends on a Saturday night and had the 2 courses for £15 option. 2 of arrived first and were seated. We weren't asked if we wanted drinks while we waited on the rest of the group (perhaps we should have went to the bar). Food was good, think I had the nachos to... More

We have been here 3 times recently and each time I have said I will give it one more chance. But never again. All 3 visits have been very disappointing. The food has been mediocre and the service poor. On our last visit the place was virtually empty with loads of staff but they were no where to be seen... More

I would be the first to criticise whatever. On my previous two visits here, both were bad but I only critiqued once. This time though they got it right. A warm July early evening, called in to the wine bar on a last chance basis. Wifey had lasagne with salad which she pronounced delicious, daughter had stir fried veg with... More

We come here every month or two as they have a great kids club on a Sunday. Kids are entertained while the adults eat. Kids food comes out fairly quick although portions can be on the large side.

Went here for a Monday night meal with family and friends. Recommend the lasagne and salad, large portion and full of flavour. My niece who is coelic had plenty to choose from and opted for the gammom steak with champ and parsley sauce. Prices were good with some meals having a glass of wine included in the price. Took opportunity... More

I went along on Saturday night for the 2 courses for £15 option. Really liked the options available as there was something for everyone. I had the soup followed by the chicken Caesar salad and they were both lovely. I also had a dessert to follow (and this is the reason why I rated 'average' and not very good) -... More

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The fajitas came out sizzling and were accompanied by a fabulous platter of salad and dips. Good portions, tasty and well presented. Will be back

We arranged to eat out in The Four Winds because it was a convenient half way point for both families on a 'meet the in-laws' evening. It's a great location with large windows giving panoramic views over Belfast. The food was very tasty, though being a grill, it comes as no surprise that the menu is biased strongly in favour... Went a few days ago and feel that the standard had dropped a lot since previous visits. Maybe we just hit it on a bad evening, but although the staff were friendly, as always, the place was grubby and run down, and the food was very poor. The restaurant manager was concerned when, in response to the "how was everything?"... More
