Delectable Food

The Allotment is a favourite of mine. I've had a few lunches and dinners in it. Relaxed and friendly staff. Sumptuous fresh food, great vegetarian options and it is BYOB. Visited this bistro during the day, service excellent, staff extremely friendly and the food was amazing, nicest lunch myself and my partner have had in a very long time, highly recommend the lasagne, brought our own wine and were accommodated! Highly recommend visiting this "hidden gem" will definitely be back very soon, :-)

Visiting Belfast for Olly Murs on Wednesday 8th.. Called in just before 2.30pm.. Waitress just looked at us, so my husband went up to ask if it was waitress service.. She said oh we're closing at 3pm... We said only looking something quick.. She said ok and handed us menus.. Guy comes out of the kitchen and said 'don't take... More

Always our first stop for lunch when we visit Belfast. Fresh, local produce used and with friendly staff.

The food was excellent and the staff friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere on a cold Saturday night was warm and welcoming, with BYOB adding to the conviviality and subtracting from the cost.

Visited with my husband on Saturday night , and had a really lovely meal . The food was excellent and good value. The service was good with friendly staff. BYO wine certainly helps the cost of a night out. Will visit again .

We wandered into this beautifully cozy restaurant and were greeted by the wonderfully cheerful staff. Be aware it is a BYO restaurant although not to worry the staff are experts at describing the route to the nearest source of vino! The food was outstanding, so much so that we swapped our chicken and sea bass plates half way through. The... More

I recently went here for my birthday and the whole party was impressed with the locally sourced, well cooked and flavourful food and excellent service. Our servers were very accommodating and we wanted for nothing all evening. Highly recommended, especially if you are dining on a budget.
