Just love there food and the atmosphere in the restaurant. The service in the restaurant is great but at peak times you can wait but that is normal and understandable. Will def be back again!
After visiting this establishment recently I was shocked and disappointed by how substandard Frankie & Bennys appears to have become - our experience included the following: 1. Forgotten drinks orders 2. Long wait forfood order to be taken 3. Pasta dish finally received was swimming in water 5. We were near the kitchen pass and had the pleasure of hearing... More
We had one night in Belfast taking our daughters on a shopping trip and myself and my husband took them here on Friday night thinking the menu sounded good but what we got was absolute total nasty cheap reheated food which was totally inedible. Besides this the stairs leading to the upstairs bathrooms were covered in loose mud which had... More

However he was a bit disappointed and the whole... More
Yet again another happy visit. Had to wait about 15 mins for a table but once directed to a table our order was immediately taken. Food great and service very good. £15 for house white pricey although this is a minor gripe. Will be back.
Great italian style pizza, wonderful staff. The beer could be cheaper but the 5.95 lunch deal is great. I was annoyed that the margerita was not on the cheaper lunch deal, as the other pizzas have more toppings but i opted for the bbq chicken pizza which was really good. The staff were rushed off their feet but stil warm... More
