The menu choices are correct, but not healthy if you know what I mean. The staff are friendly and during our visit they interacted with the children in our party and helped us when we asked for anything. But the food, its quality and I assume its health effects are plain dreadful. Greasy fish fingers for the children, undercooked pizza... More

Husband and I called in for breakfast - had to send back my pancakes and bacon as the bacon was almost raw! My husband finished his breakfast before mine came back as it was almost cold to start with - his eggs were barely cooked but as he was hungry he ate them - needless to say he had to... More

Food and service was excellent. Handed bill and included a voucher for 20% discount of bill valid July and August. When paying bill was told could not use it today, but was valid for next visit. False information shared and a rip off!

We came here in May last year the food was stone cold staff was unpleasant no rush to come back what made me more annoyed you had us waiting three hours to take orders for food then brought it to us stone cold!

Called in to grab a late lunch while waiting for a train. It took 20 mins before anybody even saw me, and another 15 before a different waiter approached to take my order. The food was average, if a little over priced and a bit tasteless, but that's to be expected given the location. When I actually tried to pay... More

A group of us went for dinner and it was really great experience. The food was fantastic, i loved the fries! The staff (management) were ok mostly, but our waiter was really friendly and couldn't do more.

The following is my version of the line on the bottom of the board outside the restaurant, which sums up our experience: Great Food - NOT. Great Service - DEFINITELY NOT. Great Value - ABSOLUTELY NOT. Just watch out for the "specials" menu - £11.95 for 2 courses. Be aware that if you only have 1 course you will still... More

Arrived at Frankie and Bennys around quarter past 5 in the evening with my boyfriend, to be handed a remote control that we had no idea how to use or what it was even for. Decided after that horrible service we would get a cocktail, which we waited on for over 15 minutes to be then told we couldn't have... More
