Been a few times at lunch but this was our first visit in the evening (only does evening meals at weekends). Smashing spot. There was plenty on the menu to suit everyone and the food did not disappoint. The atmosphere was brill - it was relaxed and comfortable, like eating at home with someone else doing the cooking and clearing!... More

A bustling place, nice interior and an extensive breakfast menu from an Irish fry-up to pancakes with banana and maple syrup, Yum.

We called in for Sunday brunch, after a 5min queue we were seated at a large table, two other customers were seated opposite us at our table without even asking us. The other couples order was taken first and when they're food arrived, we were forced to sit and watch them eat. After 45 minutes waiting, and watching other customers... More

Went here for breakfast! Lovely atmosphere; welcoming & friendly staff. I had gluten free bacon sandwich & my partner had the fry up ('normal'); both very tasty! We liked the quirkiness of the cafe & would go again if we return to belfast in the future!!

We both ordered what the menu described as Harlem's "famous" fish chowder. Perhaps "infamous" would be a better description of what we received. It consisted mainly of carrots and potatoes in a watery and flavourless sauce. Pieces of fish were almost non-existent and, although a few mussels were scattered in the plate, they totally lacked any flavour. I suggest Harlem... More

What an amazing place. Staff were wonderful, food was excellent. Very accommodating as it was very busy. Highly recommended is the all day breakfast.

As a regular visitor to Harlem who happened to be standing behind the complainant with my son we were astounded to read a rather contorted and erroneous version of events! At no time did the owner/ manager raise her finger or voice to remonstrate with the complainant. On the contrary she remained dignified and calm during the entire unseemly episode.... More

What can I say but at 3.30 on a busy Sunday afternoon shopping in Belfast we all trekked out here to find out it was CLOSED, with no explanation other than just we're closed! But yet it states on their website and social media page that they are open to 5pm. Have sent a message via facebook but as yet... More

I really liked this place - its beautiful designed, however that's where my good experience ended. We visited as a group of 12 work colleagues for lunch and after an hour I had to leave to move my car. I went to pay and asked to pay for my part as the others were still eating. The waitress totally ignored... More

Came with a party of 18 friends for my 30th birthday after hearing some good reviews from friends. I definitely wasn't disappointed! Food was excellent, including a myriad of different steaks all cooked to perfection, no negative comments from anyone. Service was attentive and efficient and the cocktails were absolutely bang on - well made, consistent flavour, not too pricey.... More
