Yummy

We ate here on a Saturday night whilst staying in Belfast for two nights...we had to wait for a table (people were queuing out of the door) but it was well worth the wait. That said the queue and wait time were reasonable and well managed by the staff. The pasta dishes we had very... read more

My first visit to the restaurant. I am very impressed as it is a family run local Italian with authentic true flavoured dishes. The wine menu is reasonably extensive and the main menu offers a wide range of dishes. The service was excellent and the food was hot and fresh on warmed plates. Would definitely recommend especially if you fancy... More

I would often visit villa Italia when I am out for something to eat and after my disappointment with the vault in Banbridge I decided to go where I know the service and food never fail to deliver. I went with my wife and 2 kids. The youngest was able to colour in and keep entertained. The pizza was great... More

Villa italia is one of the busiest restaurants in Belfast on a Saturday night. They dont take bookings for tables less than 6 so it was no surprise there was a queue to get in. We queued for about 10 minutes before getting a table. You could see the staff were trying their best and it was constant for them.... More

Visited here on Saturday night and was greeted at the door with a huge queue . One of the waiters were taking numbers and names and sending people to the bar area however he only went a few groups down the list before wandering off . The queue was moving ok but after a long time we finally gave a... More

We were in Belfast for the weekend and wanted something to eat close to the hotel (Holiday Inn Express). This came up on a map search on my phone so we decided to give it a go. We were really pleased we did. We arrived at about 7.00 and were a bit worried as there seemed to be quite a... More

While the food was quite nice I thought the service let down. While we were quick to get a table it was slow to get our order in. Then our mains came in dribs and drabs. I got my food, had to wait almost 5 minutes until the person I was with got theirs and then another 5 minutes before... More
