Good bohemian cafe in city centre

A good upstairs store cafe in the city centre, selling a wide range of locally produced food. It was very busy so we would recommend getting there early. There is a wìde range of home made food at the mid range price on a self service style counter

This is one of my favourite stops on my home. There is always a wide range of delights to take away. I picked up a tub of the seafood chowder and my husband said it was the most lovely chowder he has had and better than any restaurant around. Their scones are delicious especially the pear and almond

Good coffee, friendly staff, great selection of cakes and a cool setting. The big long tables offer a different experience. Worth a visit.

Avoca has a lovely restaurant and a bistro type cafe. They do a wide range of food. The sausage rolls are lovely and there are several different salads to choose from. Everything is homemade and the food is excellent. Avoca has a buzz to it as it is a very popular venue for people eating out.

Avoca is lovely. The setting is very nice and shop downstairs has some really lovely stuff. The restaurant is clean and well decorated. The food is fab, we had a variety of things off the breakfast menu and everyone was really impressed. The smoothies were amazing.

A friend local to Belfast took us here while on a reunion. Loved everything about it. We had a fabulous breakfast on the first day. Delicious food and excellent and friendly staff. Even down to Agnes emailing us the recipe for the beans. How's that for service! Lunch the next day was equally delicious. Never rushed. Wandered around the downstairs... More

Avoca does such an amazing range of different sweet and savoury food, but what makes it stand out from the rest is how unbelievably fresh everything is, especially the salads. These are not your usual lettuce leaf salads, they are something else.....yummy!!

Avoca was so precious—both the store and restaurant! The ground floor is a store with household, gift, and clothes items that were so fun to look at! The upper level is a cafe—either to-go or sit-down style—with a wonderful atmosphere. The scrambled eggs, latte, scone, and smoothies were a few favorites from our family's visit.

I'd last visited Avoca five years ago when I visited my local friend, and travelling with my sister - a first timer to Belfast - we were not disappointed! The downstairs shop is packed with all sorts of books, gifts, artwork, jewellery and an artisan foods section where I bought some local gourmet chocolate. The upstairs was unfortunately rammed being... More
