Visited this restaurant during a recent trip to belfast and was really impressed with this restaurant. Tasty, well flavored food and friendly service. This is probably the best Thai food I have ever tasted! The menu offered lots of choice and was great value. Cannot recommend enough!

We visited Thai Village after recently returning from a trip to Thailand and can honestly say that it was comparable in every way to the authentic food we ate over there. For a starter we had delicious won ton parcels light and crisp and filled with pork/prawn mix served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce and a delicious prawn soup... More

Popped in with a craving for Green Curry. I'm not saying I am a great cook but I could do better. It tasted like it was just green curry paste, coconut milk and fish sauce. No coriander, no Thai basil. I understand fresh herbs may not be to hand each and every day but the menu description said peas and... More

I have visited this restaurant on several occasions and I have to say it is the best Thai food I have eaten in Ireland. I have been to Thailand many times and know how authentic Thai food should taste...this restaurant certainly won't disappoint. What is particularly appealing is nothing is too much to ask for. The staff are very friendly,... More

My honest review wont match a lot of what the others are saying about this restaurant, however I must be frank about our experience, let me start with the moment we walked in and were greeted by an authentic Thai dressed waiter, we were then seated at well what I would call canteen style tables and chairs, with not very... Classic Thai place, I ordered the prawn toast and mushroom soup, absolutely delicious, my friend ordered the chicken larb salad which was nice but unexpectedly spicy. Overall the food was good, especially the soups and prawn toast started, and the service was excellent. Great prices if your on a budget, and a very nice atmosphere.

Ok....I'm gonna be honest. In terms of décor it's not exactly the most attractive looking of restaurants and I agree with most people that it's interior decor does make it look like it's stuck in some sort of time warp. However don't let that fool you, this is one hidden gem in Belfast that is worth visiting. You want authentic... More

I went to the Thai Village for a pre-Christmas dinner with a party of ttwenty-four men. We arrived, promptly, and were quickly seated at a long table placed along one wall. Decor was fresh, with a distinctly Oriental feel. Menus were produced : they showed an impressively wide selection of dishes. Each had a Thai name, fortunately in each case... More
