I recently enjoyed a lovely two course meal with two friends at this delightful restaurant near Queens University. I had a pea and basil soup and crusty bread starter, see photos, which was very tasty. My main course of pork belly with honey roast vegetables and sauté potatoes was delicious. One friend had the same menu choice as me and... More

We were 3 friends wanting something to eat. My two friends had never been here before, so on my recommendation we went in to have lunch. Two of us had the soup which that day was"Pea soup with basilica and crusty bread" for a starter. My other friend chose" Molly`s creamy seafood chowder" which was also served with crusty bread. For... More

I had a wonderful time here, a wonderful meal with wonderful friends. Seriously. Specifically I started with the "Molly's creamy seafood chowder served with crusty bread". It was the real deal, with real fish, and fantastically hot. Loved it. My main course was a special, "shredded duck linguine in a white wine and dill cream with parmesan. A very nice... More

My husband and I have been here twice. We really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the friendly staff. We went there recently and ordered two fish dishes, which we found really salty.

Walked past in millions of times and never realised what it was. Such delicious melt in the mouth food, really friendly and helpful staff and lovely interior. I have only been for lunch so atmosphere wasn't great just because there was hardly any one else there. I took my dad for his birthday and he really felt I had treated... More

Food was beautifully presented with balanced flavors yet didn't gnaw away at the hip pocket. Casual atmosphere with a secret/hidden away feel. You'll know what I mean if you visit.

Visited as part of Belfast Restaurant Week for Molly's Magnificent Gin evening- 5 courses matched with 5 gins. From the outset this was one of the best food-centred evenings I've been at, and having worked in the industry for 20 years, I've been to a fair few. An intense effort was made to illustrate the provenance of the food and... More
