I'm a regular visitor to the Fiztwilliam Hotel which, In my humble opinion, is the best hotel in Belfast. The bar within the hotel is a hidden secret. The drinks menu is extensive and reasonably priced, the food menu is great for the really hungry and those that would prefer a lite bite. Ultimately the staff are professional, mannerly and... More

Lovely. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. A delay, here have some more cava. Excellent, made even better when we got bushwhacked by a cider drinking chap from west Belfast. Security were over like a shot to be reassured he was indeed a welcome surprise.

I needed a relaxing moment during a hectic week-end and found my oasis! Tea was delicious and staff made it best to accommodate me, packing me a lavish Doggy bag when I said I couldn't eat it all right away... I warmly recommend this Little haven!

Drank in the hotel bar the night we arrived, a nice menu with bar food available. They also have a cocktail menu so there was a nice atmosphere about. A little expensive, but you expect that with being in a hotel!

Good selection of cocktails and the bar staff are all friendly, with table service, but in terms of decor, the bar area is a little tired, and in need of a facelift.

I would regularly go to the Fitzwilliam Hotel to stay and dine. It is my favourite hotel in Belfast and every part of it just makes your visit feel that extra bit special! I love the choice of private booths and layout but may I also add that Melony, one of the bar staff, is always there with a smile... More

Called in to try out the bar for a drink after eating at a nearby restaurant. Just as well we weren't thirsty as after waiting about 20 mins my husband then went and stood at the bar for a further 10 mins before getting served! I should say the bar wasn't busy - there just wasnt a barman to be... More

I have visited this bar many times over the past year or two to meet customers& collegues who are staying in the hotel. On each occasion the service at the bar has been noteably bad!! It is a real let down for such a good hotel. Staff are extremely glum and ignore you when standing right in front of them,... More
