Funky decor and good food

We had dinner here on the bank holiday Monday, however we were in a rush due to another appointment so I would have liked to have spent more time, as the decor is fab, the emphasis seems to be on organic, fresh local produce, we had the 2 course option, the waiter got one of the starters wrong so... read more

Having heard great reviews from friends I thought I would give it a try for lunch with a friend. It doesn't look much from the outside and is tucked way in a quiet street. The decor was quirky and different but the menu, the food and the service were outstanding. I will definitely be eating there again. My only criticism... More

Quirky decor, central location, amazing fresh food, reasonably priced cocktails, good ambience, and friendly staff. What more could you want? Recommend this to all my friends visiting NI.

This place has a funky rustic feel about it, but yet its cosy and homely, the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable about the food. Dined here with my hubby, he had the chicken wing starter, in his own words "delicious", and then the venison pie for a main again he said it was quite rich but so enjoyable.... More

The food was delicious and service was great. I had a steak that was melt in your mouth delicious!! Make sure to have a reservation if you are planning to go on a weekend otherwise it could be an hour and a half wait. The cocktail selection was excellent and I would love to go back and try something else.... More

My partner and I went for dinner on a Saturday at 5pm. We waited around ten minutes at the door to be seated. When we were, we were placed on a tiny table which didn't have much room on it after we ordered our drinks never mind our food. I had brie for starters which was lovely and a salmon... More

The food here was nice and the seafood was very fresh. My steak was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly at medium rare. We were greeted nicely at this restaurant, and the lady serving us was very sweet and nice. However the only downside to this restaurant was that we got no attention whatsoever. I kept looking around for somebody to take... More

Visited with friends under protest. Situated in on of the many quarters we seem to have in Belfast. Girls weren't thrilled at all. The place looked as if it had been furnished by Oxfam and St V de P. Not that that's a problem but it was obviously trying too hard. It's the sort of place Katy Hopkins would approve... More

We really enjoyed our meal in Made In Belfast. The food was amazing. We started off with the chicken wings which were cooked to perfection and were accompanied by a delicious soy sauce / chilli salad. We both had the hake special which was delicious! The service was exceptional and the staff were so friendly. Highly recommend having dinner here!

I think the atmosphere is really good and the service can't be faulted. I was served very quickly and with a smile each time. The server was great! I came with my mum for dinner. We both found the starters to be really nice and a good size for the price. However, the mains were a bit of a disaster.... More
