Lovely meal yesterday and the staff are charming as always but please go back to ribeye steak at lunch instead of the sirloin. Much tastier. Mum and I won't go back until you do :)

We found by accident this little bistro situated in a small side street and were really impressed. Our family (me, my wife and our two little kids aged 2,5yrs and 4 months) was warmly welcomed and served nicely through the meal. The lunch menu was filled with traditional Irish dishes with influence from other kitchens of the world. Especially the... More

The prices weren't cheap but the food was delicious. I traveled with a baby in a pram and they moved is tables to accommodate more space. The food took forever to come to the table, over an hour for starters, they were busy, but nowhere should take an hour. Anyway, When starters arrived they were good though. I would go... More

Four of us turned up without a reservation, and despite being packed they found us a table. Venue is quirky and they sell the art work with offers considered! Food was different with inspiration from the Far East. Ham hock terrine starter whilst on the small side, had two bundles of joy in the form of fried cheddar balls -... More

This restaurant definitely deserves its ranking as one of the top restaurants in Belfast. The food was fantastic. We all had starters, mains and desserts and shared a couple of bottles of wine. This did add up and it was fairly pricey (just over £200 between 5 people) but not unreasonable. It was worth the money for sure. The thing... More

Great starter...I had the mussels....loads of them!! The hake for main was fantastic....skin nicely crisped and the flesh tender and moist. Good generous portion too. The potato and whole grain mustard gratin was superb! I finished with the "Pears & Cream" - Champagne jelly, poached pears, vanilla custard & baby meringues....an absolute cracker!! Had my first experience of the local... More

Were staying in the area for a night. Tried this restaurant based on reviews. Have to say it was just excellent, more than expected - staff, food, ambiance and value. They were particularly helpful with adjustments to the menu to accommodate our fussy teenagers. Food soo good. Very friendly/helpful. Made for a great night in cool surroundings. Thank you Ginger...
