went for a lunchtime menu and wasn't impressed with portion size, my meal was bordering on cold and vegetarian options very limited, just the usual green salad

Were able to get a table on a Friday night and we had a delicious meal. Service was alright and some "team" members were more attentive than others, but the food stole the show.

We went to no27 with great anticipation. We were using a living social voucher, and we were presented with the most un-inspiring menu by uninterested staff. The place was dead, but the staff seemed more interested in their own conversation than looking after the guests. The "special" living social menu was not mentioned at the time of booking, and we... Smart arty decor. Good atmosphere. Attended with girlies for lunch using a living social voucher. Food was good but not great. Think I would like to return for dinner as I feel the menu had more to offer. Art displayed throughout the restaurant which is also for sale. Good talking point for customers.

The first thing that struck me about 27 Talbot Street was the welcome by the friendly staff. We were shown to our table where menus awaited us. Our waitress was soon at our table to see if we'd like some water. The menu which I had checked out online before booking was greatly to our taste. We both had the... More

Tremendous restaurant, smart casual dining. Slick service that was very friendly. The smoked salmon scotch eggs were excellent as was the mussels. Halibut perfectly cooked and personally sourced that morning at the fish market by the owner of the restaurant., adrian Buzzing atmosphere in a trendy part of Belfast. Great evening.

Booked the restaurant well in advance of going, and mentioned we would be using a "living social" voucher. Googled their website to view a mouth watering menu before our arrival..Only to be disappointed by a watered down version of their main menu , this was neither mentioned at time of booking nor on the Living Social website (I have e-mailled...
