Lobster fest

We had the best seafood dinner of our two-week trip to Ireland at this wonderful restaurant. The service was great and they had a nice wine and beer selection.

We had a late Sunday lunch here. We had to wait for about 10 minutes for a table but boy was it worth it. Between us we had the grilled lobster and seafood casserole and they were both superb. We then orders some of their delicious puddings and shared them between us - they were all to die for! The... More

There are a lot of amazing places to eat in Belfast, and new places I want to try that are highly recommended, but I can't stay out of Mourne Seafood. It is consistently great. Seafood casserole was gorgeous this time (slightly different every time) and we got a happy little shock when we ordered steak and discovered that it beat... More

We ate here the night after eating at Holohans and there was no comparison. All the food we had was well prepared, generous in portion and for fish, not overpriced. The place was full which is testimony to the quality and we have booked to return next week before we leave Northern Ireland.

This place has been my go-to seafood restaurant in Belfast since 2 years ago. My husband and I will sometimes arrange a date lunch here on Fridays. All the dishes on menu are delicious and reasonably priced. We have tried seafood chowder, risotto, scallop, lobster, mussels, and pan-fried fish...all very good. Also, you can order the main course in starter... More

Disappointed , I've read and heard so much about this restaurant , sadly it's over rated and over priced. I'd a pot full of mussel unfortunately a lot of them were unopen and as for the rest , well a most of them were broken which meant I spent a considerable amount of my time picking bits of broken shells... Mourne's Seafood is by far my favourite restaurant (place) in all of Belfast. The food is beautiful, locally sourced, creative, warm, hearty and inspired. The ambience is pure rustic charm, wooden floors and cozy seating plan. On occasion the service can be slightly off, but there are a few consistent staff that make up for it. From cocktails, to starters,... More

It was our first time in Belfast and we found this place via tripadvisor. It was wonderful, we had great lobster linguini, fresh oysters and the sticky toffee pudding was heaven. If you are ever in Belfast make sure to stop by, there's no booking ahead but it's well worth the Que.

We arrived without a booking ( not accepted at lunchtimes) - our first time in all the years - and the place was packed. We were welcomed and our expectations managed by a superbly efficient waitress who easily was one of the best front of house we have had the pleasure of encountering; gently directing by suggesting and incredibly attentive...
