We had a lovely meal in the Moune Seafood Restaurant in Belfast recently the food was excellent the service very good. The only complaint I have is we choose the Spanish house red at £18 a bottle( not cheap for a house wine )but it was poor quality and served cold which didn't help. As I don't like to make... More

Not the biggest of menus, but we didn't have a problem finding something we wanted and we all enjoyed what we ordered. Room is quaint if a little crowded with tables quite close together, but we really enjoyed it nonetheless.

The finest fish restaurant in the North. Crab claws, mussels in korma and seabass are a must try. Atmosphere fab, staff fast, efficient and so knowledgeable. Can't wait to return!

Visited here with friends on Sunday afternoon had the Japanese Oysters just superb, followed by the Mourne seafood casserole again absolutely superb all washed down with Mourne ale. Service was excellent and there is a great feeling of being in a seafood emporium. Slightly expensive but well worth the extra cost. If you are visiting Belfast take some time out... More

Not a great deal of choice and as it says on the tin it's all seafood apart from 1 steak option. Tables very close and downstairs no atmosphere. Basic tables so don't go looking for romantic meal. Service was very good and attentive and the food was cooked lovely, would recommend for an early dinner or out with friends but... More

I attended this restaurant on Saturday, once I eventually found it!! Had monkfish for main and cheesecake for dessert which were both good. However my starter of squid was amazing, so tasty! Overall I'd recommend this hotel to friends, reason for my 4/5 stars is the waiting in between courses was long!

Seafood Chowder was delicious as were the mussels. Restaurant was a bit cold and seating quite uncomfortable, Downstairs looked more fun and warmer

I visited the Mourne Seafood Bar with my family while on a city break in Belfast last week. It was recommended by my sister-in-law who lives in Belfast so we decided to give it a go. We were not disappointed! Everybody loved their meals and the shared starter of mussels was very pleasant. There was no children's menu but the... More

Visited on Friday night and had a very enjoyable meal. Staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. The only thing we found was that the upstairs restaurant was slightly chilly on our arrival.
