The restaurant is quite small downstairs but staff very nice and friendly . I had a fillet steak cooked to medium and it was definitely one of the best steaks I have had. I will definitely be back again.

Smiles all around when all in your company get something nicer than you. I looked on at the lovely pink lamb, the seabass and then forlornly at my pork belly. That pig was small. So small that I knew that my belly would not be full. The restaurant is endearing, linen and silver. Tables set the way they should be,... More

Took my parents for dads 80th. Every course full of flavour well presented and served with a smile I thought the bill very reasonable and will definitely be back.

Visited this restaurant last night along with my wife, after Paul Rankins restaurant closing we have struggled to find one as good. Our visit last night might just changed our view, food was excellent, service very professional under the watchful eye of the young Australian manager. Nice atmosphere, you must try some of their cocktails , all round a great... More

Super experience for our 10th wedding anniversary. The 5 course tasting menu with matching wines was absolutely superb. Really well looked after by the Australian lady waitressing - great style about her. Wonderful window seat. Highly recommended and super value for money.

We took my parents here last night and thoroughly enjoyed the meal and ambience of the restaurant. Menu choices were above the norm and showed that the chef knew his food and was willing to experiment. Cod scotch egg? Wow! An infusion of delights! The slight delay in service was acceptable, taking into consideration the delights which arrived. All of... More

Had a lovely meal at Beatrice Kennedy's, the baked cod was just delicious, wish I had room for the dessert, but could not quite manage three courses. Service was spot on, thank you to our waiter who looked after us in the quiet atmospheric area upstairs. So glad we chose this restaurant, not only a lovely culinary experience.

Beautiful restaurant, great atmosphere and brilliant food. Had chilli crab risotto for starter, DELICIOUS and then lamb cooked 2 ways - to die for. The service was excellent and the Maitre-de who was Australian was so welcoming, attentive and friendly. Be back soon
