Good food

We only had a main course but it was really good and good value too. We had the chicken and fish dishes and I asked for salad instead of chips with my fish and it came with a lovely big salad.

This was my first dinner in Belfast. It's close to where I am staying, so convenience was a factor. The location is in a nice, quiet part of town near Queens University. The ambience is nice and relaxed. It's a pretty quiet place, especially for a Saturday night. The eclectic decor is nice, but I imagine it gets quite dark... More

Bought a Groupon deal for this establishment and used it yesterday. The offer was for 2 sirloin steaks with all the trimmings and a bottle of house wine. Restaurant is fairly nice, located in the leafy suburbs of Botantic. They've invested enough money in the furnishings and decor, etc. The meal arrived and all was fine. That is, everything bar... Went for lunch for my daughter's graduation was given menu which had a very limited choice-mainly steak/turkey and ham but all we wanted was some burgers and chips.Asked the waitress if there was any other options as we didnt want large dinner meals as it was lunch time. She said no other menu was available. We then waited a long... More

Staff were attentive. Food was well cooked, portions were good as was presentation. Wine list was small but there was a sufficient range. Prices were reasonable. We were there on a Friday evening and there was a singer/guitar player who added to the atmosphere.

We had had a big day travelling and decided that we were too tired to go out so we would try the hotel restaurant. Turned out to be a very good idea as the food and service were very good. The decor was a little dated but everything else was great.

The staff were wonderful. What started as just a stop for drinks ended up as dinner. Good sized portions and good flavor.

The restaurant can look a bit dark but it's also cosy the menu has plenty of choice and has a special every night at a set price not over priced we never had a disappointing meal. The staff were friendly and cheerful Would recommend a visit

Absolutely appalling. Terrible service. Horrible staff and horrendous atmosphere. Do not waste your time and money going here. The food was also very poor and far too expensive for what you're paying for!
