I have previously visited the Gower Kitchen and had enjoyed their Eggs Benedict served on generously hand cut tasty bread presented alongside a leafy side salad. I returned one Sunday only to be presented with a set menu, and was refused a simple sandwich, so I left. My most recent occasion, I went on a Saturday for brunch and ordered... More

Someone recommended the Gower Kitchen to me and I thought I would give it a go. I called about a week before to book a table as it is normally busy, the booking was confirmed for 6.30 and informed straight away that the table will be rebooked for 8.30. The place is a quirky and compact restaurant but fantastic atmosphere.... More

Went here for the first time with friends. Very small menu but the food was very good as was the service, they even had to kick us out at closing time.

Have visited this restaurant many times before, this was the most disappointing. Starter, smoked salmon with potato salad was nice, but I could do it at home easily. Main course, roast sirloin. Very average. Two small slices of beef cooked medium but quite tough, I'm not convinced that it was sirloin. Veg, sweet potato mash, sugarsnaps/mange tout, red cabbage & carrots.... More

Sandwiches and a drink , food quite nice and wine cold . Two staff working , one pleasant , one didnt crack a smile throughout service . Could be a lovely place with a little customer service training which is massively important I feel .

I visited here whilst away with work, the service was very good and the food was great. Menu a bit limited but what I had was lovely, pear in wine with Stilton to start and the braised pork belly for my main, coffee to finish & a pint of guiness all came to £26. Not the cheapest but well worth... More

Nice enough, but really rather expensive. Went on a Sunday, when we were presented with the set menu. At £12.95 for one course, we thought that this was asking too much. When we asked whether there were any alternative menus we were given their normal menu, and told that we could choose from the brunch or sandwich sections (which was... More

Thankyou Rheiddiadur for taking the time to review our resturant. I'm pleased to hear we made the effort to accomadate you by offering an alternative menu and serving you after our service hours. I'm also glad you enjoyed your food. Our food is not the cheapest because we use good quality ingredients and make everything from scratch. Our Sunday menu... More

wnen there last night with family. good quality food with a fair priced selection of Beers & Wines. The burgers are homemade and i loved the fact you could order med-rare ...so the EU thought police and insurance co's not got to Swansea yet. Pleasant service & a good atmosphere

Amazing food, presented in a unique way and served by friendly and helpful staff. Great setting and atmosphere also. Recommend the cocktails too.
