Excellent as always

went for tapas and bottle of wine this evening, the food was excellent, hot and very tasty, we had a mixture of nachos, wedges, plaice goujons, battered onion rings and chicken skewers, the staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome. Have eaten here on many occasions. Will definitely return.

Our first visit (5th Dec 14) and we found the place buzzing with atmosphere but no spare tables. A quick request at the bar as to how a table could be secured resulted in a lovely waitress (didn't get her name, young with long dark hair) asking us to wait a mo while she sorted one out. In fact she... More

Lovely atmosphere, very relaxed sitting outside with the heaters and blankets chilling out. Food is really nice just a tad expensive. The only thing that lets the place down is the toilets. Would expect them to be cleaner and well kept to keep in with the rest of the place

A wonderful and charming little bar right on the harbour, staff were very friendly food excellent and the 4 different cocktails were perfection, even though there was a gale blowing and thunder storm this didn't stop people from sitting outside under cover, heaters and blankets are provided. Live entertainment was very good, only negative was when live entertainment was not... More

Visited with colleagues for tapas and drinks. After browsing the menu where it stated that table service was available, we waited. And waited. When I called a member of staff over we were told there was no table service and to go to the bar. It wasn't busy and there were plenty of staff members wandering around. While the food... More

We went here when we were staying at the Marina for a weeks holiday. It was a Thursday evening and there was a great singer, we had lovely food, great atmosphere. At the end of the evening I had a Ameretto latte coffee, which was the nicest coffee I have ever had. We are senior citizens, and although the other... More

Called here on a weds evening spur of the moment. Couldn't have been a better choice. Was reasonably busy with no seats outside as it was a lovely evening! Sat inside not far from the bar which made no difference as view was just as good and was lovely and cool. We ordered 5 dishes of tapas which were all... More

A brilliant Saturday night at this popular venue. It rightly deserves its excellent reputation for a wonderful atmosphere, live music and excellent food. Staff are efficient and attentive; I could not fault the service with food being served promptly and empty plates and glasses being cleared from the table within minutes. Revellers who had over indulged were escorted politely and... More
