Visit Maddocks' Tea Room on the Gower Peninsula. We are all about using the best quality ingredients and wherever possible local produce. All items are homemade and freshly prepared on our premises. We offer warm friendly service and traditionally cooked cakes, pastries, breakfasts, luncheon items and afternoon teas. Maddocks' Tea Room is the perfect place on Gower to enjoy a hearty meal or delicious cakes with quality leaf teas and freshly ground coffees. Many customers stock up on a favourite cake or sandwich item before setting out on a lengthy coastal ramble along the cliffs to one of the nearby sandy beaches including Three Cliffs bay or to relax and 'refuel' for their journey home.

Lovely Little Tea Room

I've been to Maddocks a few times and went again recently on a sunny Sunday after a walk down Three Cliffs. I got English Breakfast tea and pancakes with Nutella. The tea was lovely, it was served in a cafetiere and a miniature milk bottle with milk. The pancakes were delicious and were cooked... read more

A big thankyou to Pat & Anthony for making us an absolutely delicious bakewell tart & vegetable quiche for Christmas and my birthday. I can assure you they did not last long! Maddocks is nothing but excellence. Their home food is absolutely delicious with excellent service in lovely surroundings. The Welsh cakes also have to be one of the best... More

My friend and I travel S. Wales and have now sampled close on to 250 cafes in the area for breakfast. This has to rank as the best so far. Very good quality food at a not unreasonable price. The staff and owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We had the Full Breakfast and enjoyed every mouthful! Added bonus are... More

My wife and I went for a coffee and having seen the breakfast menu, decided to have another breakfast (the previous one was at home). What a lovely place: clean, nicely furnished and appointed, friendly helpful staff. I had scrambled egg and smoked salmon, my wife had a bacon butty, with bacon done extra crispy as requested. Both were delicious... More

Ok a bit expensive but really good we all had a large breakfast with cockles and lava bread added on so with a drink worked out around a tenner each. Looking forward to going again.

Popped in this afternoon for something to eat after a bracing walk. We couldn't stay in as we had the dog so the team kindly made us up a couple of plates of delicious quiche and pasty salads to eat out. Such tasty food and fab service - thank you. Just got back home and eating the welshcakes with a... More
