Sunday Lunch

The first time I went to Terry M I was disappointed with fatty lamb and horrible tasting offal on the main menu. For Father's Day lunch I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and revisit. This time I wasn't let down and myself and my family really enjoyed the service, food and... read more

The food and service at this resteraunt are of a really high standard, if your looking for a peice of luxury then look no further. The dishes are well presented and taste fantastic, the spring Welsh Lamb is really great and at £30 for the set lunch menu it represents good value for money for fine dining. The wines are... More

Food and service were excellent, highly recommended. We had a full a la carte meal and the quality and variety of our meals were outstanding. Staff were extremely friendly and highly efficient and knowledgeable.

We finally got around to trying Terry M's at the Celtic Manor and it was well worth the wait. The food was excellent. We had the set three course menu and each course was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed but the service was superb. All of the staff were attentive without being over bearing. The venue is tastefully decorated without... More

Positives A large Resort complex in a beautiful location. Wonderful food in a delightful restaurant, served by attentive staff. Negatives The surly female at the main reception desk, sadly lacking any Welsh charm. Expensive wines. Also the complicated Parking system and tariff charges should be shown on the website.

Went for a birthday treat to Terry M - we'd been before so knew what to expect. However, at the prices being paid it still needs to be better than the last meal we had and we were not disappointed. Excellent attentive service (although we didn't seem to get as well topped up with bread as on previous occasions, this... More

Went for a weekend break,Fantastic hotel, restaurants and bars,a little pricey but good value for this type of hotel. Dined at their top restaurant the Terry M,booked the tasting menu and matching wines which were very very good but not Mitchelin star standard. Overall a great weekend in a fabulous hotel and a very good restaurant. would go again

I booked afternoon tea at the Celtic manor for my mothers 74th birthday. I've experienced afternoon tea at many places across the world from the ritz in London to raffles in Singapore, I have to say that the cakes were just bricks of sugar with no flavour. I'm completely disappointed by the experience, I would actively discourage others from trying... More

I booked to take my partner to stay at the Celtic Manor and decided to try dinner at the Terry M whilst we were here. I've read some mixed reviews, but our experience was great. The wine list is extensive, there is a cool, calm atmosphere the night we dined. The waiter was very attentive and the food was gorgeous.

came here yesterday for a meal and ate from the 3 course a la carte menu. I had the asparagus, goats cheese & mushroom starter, the asparagus was cooked fine, the goats cheese and mushrooms however lacked cheesy/mushroom flavour, and the whole dish was over seasoned and too salty for my taste. Then I had the quail for my main... More
