The moment I phoned the tavern to paying for the food was a good experience.The staff were very friendly,the food was good and the atmosphere was friendly.Just make sure you go to the front of the restaurant where the car park is situated,it took a while to find.

A little gem of a resteraunt, tucked away in the heart of Dowlais, steeped in the Iron, Steel and Coal industry. Been there many times now and never dissapointed.
