This place is something different, you pay a set price for the meal and eat as much as you like. The problems is there is soooo much choice, from sushi to indian to chinese to mexican, and so it goes on... I stuffed myself for about £14.00 and that was before the desserts!! Great place for a group of friends... More

I have been to the Flaming Dragon quite a few times and it doesn't disappoint. The food is always very tasty and it is good value for money.

I visited this place whilst in Cardiff with a group of friends and out of the group of 7 of us who went 4 ended getting sick and having food poisoning. Half way through my second plate I started to notice all the chicken and duck tasted off.

Drawn in by what seemed a reasonable price and good reviews. Food was below average, dirty tables, little space, surrounded by students, constant repeat of same cd, service slow even though quiet when we first arrived. Staff found it difficult to even get a spoon! Shall not be returning!!

Visited on a works day out. A very nice 'all you can eat' buffet. All the dishes were very tasty and hot. Not disappointed at all. I definately would visit this place again when I'm back in town.

1st night in Cardiff and spotted this place next to our hotel. It looked good from the outside and we weren't disappointed. The staff were polite and helpful and attentive. The food was delicious. I guess it is no more than the regular Chinese buffet but that is its strength. Decent food and price, what more can you ask for?

£11.90 when we went this week, and the food quality was great. Yes, its 'british chinese' - but if thats what your in the mood for then go here! Spare ribs, s&s, curries, fried rice, prawn toast etc etc. Lots of unusual dishes too, and deserts. Next door to cinema which was handy for us. Staff very helpfull and friendly... More

Visited the restaurant with my wife and 3 children last night, excellent choice of dishes, that were all hot and the staff kept checking to ensure hot and that their was plenty of food. Drinks were good value, the restaurant was incredibly clean, the staff on duty were really nice and friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble, a nice choice... More

Not edible, so much salt and sugar in everything. It's all like desert, all meats are overcooked and left under hot lights for ages to get worse and worse. Sushi is a joke, salmon was brown. Everything looks and tastes like dangerous, seriously, I've eaten in a place called China China which got shut down for health and safety violations... More
