Tasty

our meals were nicely presented, portion sizes were a little small and the price was a little high, however the resturant was in the city centre. Staff were friendly and service was good. Really tasty indian food.

We visited on a Saturday night and had 4poppadoms, 2 curries, 1rice and 3 drinks. Over £50! plus they included an optional service charge! I imagine they stay in business due to visitors rather than regulars!!

Just scrapes a 3, but really I am being generous. £67 for a meal for two was extortionate, especially as an "optional" service charge was included - one of my pet hates and I would not return for that reason alone. The beef in the biryani was poor quality - very chewy and almost inedible. Starters were better but we... More

my family and I have eaten in some of there other venue's. Leading into the restaurant is a bit shabby and decor inside not as plush as their other restaurants. Staff very helpful and pleasant. My daughter and I had Chicken tikka masala which tasted quite bitter, we think too much lemon in the marinade. The rest of our group... More

Food was fab, choices great, service excellent. The entrance from Mill Rd is enough to put anyone off as it looks really dodgy and uninviting. Once you're in the restaurant it's fine but the area outside is not good. We went to the Juboraj restaurant in Cardiff Bay which is really beautiful with a brilliant ambiance. This was the reason... My partner and me attended the Mill Lane Juboraj for lunch on 14 March 2015. I researched local restaurants and discovered Juboraj offered a lunch menu for £6.95 pp. Whilst the restricted menu looked acceptable we were looking for a more substantial meal. The on-line menu indicated a 25% discount when ordering from the a la carte menu. We were... More

I visited here with a colleague on a quiet Monday evening. The restaurant on Mill Lane is ideally located for those in the city centre. Nicely decorated and a pleasant atmosphere. The service was friendly and efficient and the menu was extensive and had dishes you wouldn't normally find in an Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant. Some very nice twists on standard fayre.... More

I visited on the 15th Jan solo because I came down from Sheffield to work for 2 days and thought I'd give this place a go. I asked for 2 shandies, Potato Aloo starter, a nan bread, lamb curry and boiled rice. The meal was really nice and the waiter was very professional and polite. What surpised me was the... More
