Four of us, who all enjoy good food, went on a Thursday night, We had the taster menu on a voucher deal and it was fabulous. I had the optional cheese course as well. It isn't cheap even on a deal, but you do get what you pay for, Beautifully prepared delicious tasting food. As other's have said, the wine... More

I took my partner here for his 40th as he said he loved the place. I booked before hand and told them about it being a special occasion . We arrived early ( about 30 min) as I though we might have a drink at the bar before hand . They said the table was ready so we sat and... More

I was lucky enough to have a voucher for the Taster Menu for my Birthday and booked for a special Anniversary Meal. We were blown away with the Wine List and opted to take on board the advice of Lloyd the sommelier who was so passionate about the wines it was infectious. Every dish we had was amazing, from the... My wife purchased and treated me to afternoon tea for two at the Park House through one of the many discount shopping deal sites. We were not disappointed. Before commenting on the tea I have a confession to make, that is, my daughter went to school with Carl, who is the pastry chef at the Park House and he has... More

We booked this dinner via open table app and received great service from the start. We were met at the door by the coolest looking doorman and were spoilt for choice on the menu as it all looked amazing, but when both my husband and I finally decided we both couldn't have been happier as all the dishes were delicious.... This is the place to go for something a little more special than your average meal out. We've been here a few times and enjoyed the main menu and the tasting menu equally. The food is outstanding, the service is excellent. What more do you want?

Maybe I hit this place on a bad day because I'd heard good things. For a start it was nearly empty so there was no real atmosphere. Service wasnt great, I felt neglected. Food is expensive and I though the cut of pork that I had for my main was appalling. I almost sent it back but I was with... More

My husband and I were fortunate enough to enjoy a wonderful afternoon tea at the Park House today, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the Proseco was beautiful and the sandwiches, homemade scones, and array of homemade cakes blew us away, all made on the premises and beautifully presented. We have been for a few Afternoon Teas in... More

We visited Park House recently whilst staying in Cardiff based on previous Trip Adviser reviews. The building is very attractive from the outside so first appearances were good but we found the interior rather dated and gloomy. It certainly has the potential to be much nicer. We were seated promptly and had the menus bought to us although there was... More

A classic William Burgess designed building, beautiful, Food tasted really good but portions extremely small. The crab and lobster ravioli starter contained one, yes one ravioli parcel! We opted for a glass (100ml) of wine selected to accompany each dish. Wine bill including one pre-dinner drink and was £125. Food was pre paid at £75 for two and was billed... More
