Amazing fish and chips and children pasta! Interior is very nice, you will forget that you are not in a city centre restaurant and the food is matching! Had a great time, thank you! Will definitely return!

We were holidaying nearby at the weekend and the owners recommended this place. We didn't book in advance on the Sunday for lunch but we're seated right away. I had the lamb and have never tasted anything quite as tasty before followed by the Peach Melba trio. We all agreed that the food and service was fantastic. Came back again... More

What a little gem! Lunch yesterday was gorgeous and Butler the singing dog made my day! The view of the Beacons from the beer garden was stunning. There was a nice selection on the menu, although I was disappointed that it was different from the menu on the website - I was so looking forward to trying the steak with... More

Cracking little pub/restaraunt just outside Brecon town. lovely décor throughout, pristine toilets and good tariff. We sat outside in the quaint little beer garden and the views were fabulous, Pen-y-fan in mountain in the background makes eating outside a pleasure. I had the fish/chips/puree peas and my wife had the very tasty chicken/mushroom pasta. I just wish I could have... More

I had an absolutely delicious meal here, very much reccommend this place! Good menu and also special dishes on the blackboard. Friendly staff, it was very busy when we went and even though the staff were pushed they did a great job. A few choices of local ale from the bar. Perfect sized portions of food as you are not... The decor inside was very nice modern country style. The food was excellent. On the downside their was a bit of confusion over our booking which we had double checked twice before coming and didnt really like having a large flat screen TV directly over our heads whilst eating and trying to talk to friends.
