I came away with my boy Dino to tour Anglesey. .. The one thing I found was that there are not many dog friendly places on the island. . Wavecrest cafe restored my faith, thirst and hunger, they do try and accommodate everyone... Although Dino was not allowed into the cafe as previous visitors had indicated they prefered this...(well some... More

Came across this little cafe by accident. Had a double espresso before a walk on the beach and a thick 'Mediterranean' vegetable soup and another double espresso after the walk. Friendly staff, good soup and excellent coffee.

Popped in for a brew and chip baps for the kids after a nice walk around the cove. very friendly lass served us. Coffee was excellent, chip baps were very tasty, good value, and service was quick. Looking forward to some more winter visits ;-), keep up the good work..

Wavecrest was a wonderful little cafe - perfect for lunch after a great morning on the beach. We mostly enjoyed their desserts, and the scone with cream filling was just amazing. Very friendly staff with comfortable seating both inside and out. Welcoming for families. A great asset for Church Bay.

Had the best meal ever today in Wavecrest cafe Church Bay Anglesey. The crab salad was delicious and the staff were helpful and friendly which is sometimes missing in catering outlets. Would recommend this eatery.

Don't leave Anglesey without a visit to Church Bay. Take a walk along the coastal path to work up a good appetite for lunch. Then try the Cheese and Onion pie at the Wavecrest Cafe. The cheese and onion simply oozes out of the delicious pastry. Together with the salad which has just about everything thrown in, including small strawberries,... More

The Wavecrest Cafe is a charming, family friendly cafe hidden away in Church Bay, a few miles north of Holyhead, Anglesey . Both are little gems and well worth the effort of driving off the main roads to find. The home made and fresh cooked food is excellent - it is plain fare but none the worse for that; it... More

We came across the Wavecrest whilst walking the coastal path. Excellent home-cooked food at very reasonable prices.
