A delightful unexpected gem!

We stumbled into this small restaurant on a rainy day after visiting the museum.. Our party of six bustled in with accompanying wheelchair and two small children attached to a pram expecting a cafe with usual grub, but we're met with a small restaurant with floor to ceiling windows on two sides and... read more

Wasn't expecting much as we hadn't checked TripAdvisor for this and just found it by accident. We were lucky to get a table as most were reserved. Food and service were excellent and definitely good value for money. Would go again.

Visited Harbourfront Bistro Newry expecting to have a choice of ham egg and chips. Instead we had one of the best meals I can remember. The chicken sauce and vegetables were divine. The dessert was home-made and so full of flavour. Has to be Holyhead's best kept secret. Just awesome!

I was visiting the Maritime Museum and came across this restaurant by accident and as I was waiting for the museum to open I called in for a coffee. Once inside it was obvious that in spite of it's somewhat discreet location, this is a serious restaurant, plenty of staff buzzing around and setting up for lunch. The menu looked... More

Small bistro behind a museum with good views of the marina from the decking area. Inside is a bit small and uninspiring but fortunately we had a sunny day so could sit outside which was lucky because all the inside tables were reserved so booking seems wise even for a mid week lunch! They were short staffed on the day... More

The food here is excellent, as is the staff and the setting, you couldn't ask for more. We visit regularly and travel a fair distance and is well worth it.

Really enjoyed the food. We both had the chowder to start which was excellent. I had an Anglesey Lamb shank for my main and it was delicious. My partner had the Pork Medallions and was equally impressed. Recommended!

Visted the Harbourfront on Saturday 10th may as the first night of our honeymoon before sailing to Ireland. When we booked the table I mentioned it was our honeymoon and upon an early arrival we were quickly seen to our seat and were presented with a complimentary bottle of bubbly, this was a special touch. The food itself was amazing... More

We booked a last minute table for lunch, having never visited before. It was well worth it. A lovely little restaurant with amazing views over the harbour. The food was delicious. I had the crab. Plates were big and the chips defeated me!!!! Lovely decked area outside where you can take dogs and blankets are provided!

The food is amazing. The chowder and sea bass are worth a special mention. Our window seat right at the front gave a lovely view although the views are good from the other tables. Staff were lovely with us too. Overall excellent.
