The food is amazing. The chowder and sea bass are worth a special mention. Our window seat right at the front gave a lovely view although the views are good from the other tables. Staff were lovely with us too. Overall excellent.

Visited for lunch on Friday 17 April. Visited after walking the coastal path at breakwater country park, plenty of easy parking nearby. Sat outside on the benches with lovely soft blankets provided. Service was very prompt and really friendly, we felt very well looked after. Both the lamb shank with hearty gravy and the salmon with Jamaican salsa were delicious... More

Me, my other half and 2 friends went here on a very breezy day after visiting south stack. On arrival, it looks welcoming and the staff are very friendly. I got a bit of a surprise when I first looked at the prices on the menu. They seemed pretty steep for what is a very small restaurant but as soon... More

Great resturant on the sea front, booked the table in advance. Very helpful staff and excellent service. Food is really good with a great selection on the menu. Open prawn sandwich is recommended. Great chips. Staff are brilliant. You can take your dog onto the decking, the staff are pet friendly. You get a blanket which is a nice touch.... More

My son and his fiancee took my wife and I here for an Easter Day dinner. The booking process was painless and the Bistro went out of their way to fit us in. As has been noted the approach to this Bistro is a little unusual being alongside the Maritime Museum, past a roller shutter door and down a narrow... More

we have been many times to this charming location and have mainly eaten very well indeed. It was only recently that we decided to go back one evening at the weekend and were overwhelmed with the smell of old frying fat that lingered throughout the whole restaurant spoiling our evening and food ; to the extent that once back home... After being away from home for a while I thought it'd be nice to go down to the harbour bistro for a spot of lunch with my friends. The lady serving us was nice enough, however she got one of my friends order wrong. The owner himself came out with the meals and my friend kindly stated that it wasn't... More

We were a little apprensive about this restaurant as it wasn't particularly inviting and accessing it could have been better. However, once inside it was warm, friendly and cosy. Very friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food with a good menu selection. Reasonably priced and great value for money. Would definitely revisit and recommend to friends.
