Stopped here for lunch after visiting Abergavenny to do some walking. Food was lovely. We just had to have some cake as well, the selection was huge and just far too tempting. They did not disappoint, delicious homemade cakes. Highly recommended

My friend took me to the Cwtch Cafe when I visited her in Abergavenny and I have since been back a few times whenever I am in the area. What a lovely cafe, very cosy with a great atmosphere and the staff are really lovely. They have a great selection of food and drinks to tempt you with and the... More

Anybody who mixes customers with coffee needs to visit this joint in Abergavenny. I worry when I cannot see any espresso cups heating above the Gaggia. (I worry when I cannot see any espresso cups anywhere). I especially worry when I say, ‘be back in a second’ and the operation of emptying and filling the coffee chamber has already begun.... More

I am a regular customer of this fine establishment and can quite happily say it is the most wonderful cafe. The food choice available is brilliant; suitable for a quick lunch or a tasty meal and it is of restaurant standard...definitely good value for money as the most expensive item is £6!! WOW! The coffee is delightful and the service... More

Maybe we visited on a bad day or maybe we chose the wrong cake. We called in for tea and cake based on the reviews on trip advisor and was a little disappointed. The cafe itself is lovely: cosy, well decorated and the service was excellent, it's just the cake didn't live up to expectations, which is a shame. We... More

Have found my new cafe in Abergavenny. Cakes are superb, baked onsite by the owner, who was very friendly. Staff willing to talk about the history of the building and the cafe. Lovely hot chocolate, but ensure you have the deluxe version.

We popped in while in Y Fenni for the day, what a lovely little place - really friendly staff, tastefully done out, a great selection of treats and the raspberry truffle cake was superb. Would certainly recommend.
