Popped across the border to Abergavenny for a day out, as usual we found it holds its' charm. Tried the Cwtch Cafe for lunch where we were able to sit outside, watch the world go by and ate a very lovely lasagne. Could easily have eaten another if only I had room for it. Delicious.

Popped in for a late lunch with a friend we both had toasted panini with ham sun dried tomatoes and a side salad garnish served nice and hot and fresh my friend also had a serving of jelly trifle which she said was ok but the custard had the most taste. Very reasonable in price friendly service .

Popped in here after a long morning walking and I am so glad we did! Bearing in mind, we looked exactly like we felt, dusty after climbing Sugar Loaf on a hot day and in desperate need of a cuppa and was pleased to find it wasn't a problem, as walkers were welcome. Delicious cakes, I had the carrot cake... More

Have been visiting this cafe on a regular basis for over a year now and it just gets better and better. Lovely buck rarebit for breakfast and so many amazing cakes it is hard to choose just one. Graham and his staff offer great customer service and are really welcoming and friendly. Great value for meals and cakes. Long may... More

Second time of visiting this lovely independent coffee shop and cafe in Abergavenny. Very convenient for the market. My partner had the chocolate marble cake and I had a slice of the deliciously moist raspberry and rhubarb cake. Our tea and coffee were perfect.

Stopped in Abergavenny for lunch on our way to Mumbles. Randomly chose Cwtch cafe and so glad we did. The owner makes all the cakes and they all look so yummy. Great coffee and light meals as well. As many have said before the owner is charming and up for a chat.

We had a perfect cafe lunch here. Welsh rarebit was scummy and it was so difficult to choose between the huge array of cakes! Raspberry sponge was amazing. Very good value as me and my husband both had a savoury dish plus a cold drink and then a pice of cake and a hot drink and the bill was only... More
